Breakfast - The wrap was stale and crunchy, it was unwrapped in the bag when they handed it to me, and the foil wrapper had several holes in it. The food just appeared very old and it tasted exactly like an old, stale burrito.
The service was slow, and the line was long otherwise I would have tried to swap it out.
My last 3 orders I've gotten from here have all been slopped up with ketchup and mustard, doesn't have any Lettuce and actually had stuff I requested taken off of it still on it. Who is working at this place??? No one wants a huge glob of ketchup or mustard when they bite into a burger. I don't like to complain like this but it's ridiculous that this has happened 3 times in a row. I've worked the food service industry and know it gets hectic at times but that's no excuse to just ruin burgers with massive amounts of sauce and missing something like Lettuce on a burger or chicken sandwich.
Ordered through the website for delivery as Wendy's is promoting free Saturday delivery. When received, fries were half filled and cold, the frostys were almost liquefied, and it was missing an entire sandwich. Then when I tried to call to get a refund on sandwich no one would answer the phone. This is not the first time the store has screwed up our order, but this is the last time we will be buying from them.
This place is such hit or miss. Ordered a Dave's Single tonight and the thing was definitely not fresh & sitting in the back. Came out cold & honestly wasn't worth eating... Just wish they could consistently make there food fresh like they did in the past... Prefer Burger King because it's definitely more consistent on freshness...
90% of the time, they forget something. This time was the last straw.
I had a small mobile order:
20pc nugget
2 large fries
And a $7 burger
Completely forgot the burger. Can never reach customer service, and I've probably lost $70 in the last year from missing items.
Maybe it's because a few employees are always outside smoking pot and can't find their brain cells.
Ordered 4 meals online and only received 2. When I went in to inform the employees, I was cussed out by a woman. She refused me my other 2 meals. The other workers there seemed very confused. Place went downhill completely. The crew members and managers need to step up their game. Better luck going to McDonald's or Burger king down the road.
I don't know why Wendy's has such bad service. This restaurant's is especially bad, with salty attitude to boot. We were made to wait almost 10 minutes before anyone tried to take our order, then another 10 minutes before we got our food. On a MOBILE ORDER that we placed 15 minutes beforehand. There were maybe 4 or 5 other orders the entire time we were waiting, with at least 5 people working. No effort even to half-heartedly apologize. Everyone working tonight should be fired.
Ordered a spicy Asiago chicken club sandwich (which, for fast food is expensive) and got the lamest sandwich of all time. No tomato. 1 tiny slice of lettuce. About 2 sheds of cheese (no slice), no bacon, and cold fries to boot. Won't be going back. And I love Wendy's...
