So I came here from California after deciding to make a quick stop. And let me just say the food was phenomenal and the staff were very nice. The fries and chicken sandwich was made perfectly the veggies were fresh.
Although the Wendy’s website says that the dine in is open, apparently it doesn’t open until 9am. Drive through breakfast took 15 minutes to receive our two breakfast sandwich meals - the potato slice things were dumped on top of the sandwiches in the bag and were so salty they were inedible. Received the wrong size coffee. Which probably was a good thing because the coffee is so weak I think they only used one bean for the whole pot. ????
We stopped here on a very late night after attending a VT football game. Being open late was great. The food was hot and delicious! The value bags were a great family meal while traveling so late! The young man working the drive thru was very nice and funny for such a late hour!!

Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Since COVID, it's been all downhill in our area. The Daleville location started using some kind of concentrated tea, and it's awful, absolutely disgusting! Salem's Lee High location can never get your order correct. Something is always missing. And west Salem's location is the worst. Today's incident sealed it for me. I had a simple app order they couldn't get right. The young lady at the window only spoke Spanish, so not a good start as I'm not fluent. I had 2 drinks - 1 md gingerale zero with cherry and 1 md minutemaid lemonade zero. She handed me what I think was a Coke - dark colored drink. I said that's not mine, so she got another cup and handed me another dark colored drink. I tried to explain my order, but all she kept saying was "Si". She finally spoke to another worker who came over and looked at the order and gave me a lg tea, again, not what I ordered. I tried explaining what I ordered to her, but she didn't even try to understand. However, she did go get another person who spoke English. Thinking I finally going to get somewhere I explain to him my drink order. He says, "OK, they almost had it right." I'm thinking it wasn't even close. He proceeds to give me a lg gingerale, no cherry, and lg orange colored drink. By this point, I'm fed up and just take them. I'm not sure the gingerale was a zero but I drank part of it anyway as I was thirsty. The orange colored drink definitely wasn't a zero and was really disgusting. We ended up dumping them both out, and I just made lemonade when I got home. We had also ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, and they have shrunk to half their original size, and the cheseburger that we asked for extra pickles on had exactly 1 pickle on it.
So, I'm done Wendy's, you're no longer on the list of restaurants I patronage.
The food was good and the service was fast and friendly..the resturaunt was clean and they had free wifi. No play area for the kids but has handicap seating and parking. A very nice place to bring the family and grab a quick bite .
The lady that gives my kids nuggets is always funny and friendly. My kids love finding the heart shaped nuggets in their meals lol. Food is always pretty good for a fast food restaurant.
The inside dining was closed so we used the drive through. We ordered two breakfast English muffins. It took 18 minutes. Meanwhile, the only 2 workers I saw were yelling and cussing at each other. I would have asked for my money back and left, but we were locked out of the building, and I couldn't get anyone's attention.
I came here for lunch on 7/20/22 at 12:28, and of course there was a line in the drive through but I got to the window in a reasonable amount of time! ???? there was an older white guy taking orders on a head seat up front and there was a black guy taking orders/money in back and both were very nice! Jack took my money but I’m 99% sure the other gentleman took my order, both were very nice and personable! Loved seeing more males on the customer service side! Very nice! And my food was right and fresh! Everyone did a good job! Cooks, customer service, food runners, and manager! Whoever the maintenance guy is keeps it very clean too! Good job everyone!
