I just had to take a moment to recognize FLOR at Wendy's! Every time I visit, her energy is absolutely contagious. She always greets me with a warm smile that brightens my day and makes my experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and FLOR truly embodies that. terrible service. I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and the person at the window tells me they don't have it. that's fine, but what wasn't fine was that they offered no way to resolve the issue and proceeded to ignore me while I was sitting there not knowing what to do. terrible cashier and terrible manager, both were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Today I had a little problem with this franchise but the manager on duty right now fixed it I am very very happy she did a very good job great customer service all the employees are very respectful and I will always always come here
Came here to try the Krabby Patty Kollab, not too bad but they gave us a regular frosty instead of the pineapple one.
The food is Wendy's food if you like Wendy's then that's all that needs to be said the customer service was on point. They were quick efficient and patient. The atmosphere was normal there wasn't a lot of people at the time so there wasn't much to gather but the employees were positive and energetic
Fast service a bit crowded the burger was okay it was a $5 combo 50 chicken nuggets and the fries I don't know I can taste a rusty oil so I can't eat it I'm just going to leave it alone I don't know I guess maybe I'm comparing it to McDonald's but then plays are nice
