I ordered 10 pieces of chicken nuggets parmesan cheese and garlic the server that handed me my order packed it in a bag and the lid came off in bag plus ordered 2 LG. Fries they looked like medium not too happy with this Wendy location.
I have a knack, these days, for pulling up to drive thrus that have noisy equipment running nearby. Today it was a pressure washer, and while I applaud the action by Wendy's, I surely wish it was somehow done after hours.
The food was new to me. I haven't gotten breakfast here before and was hoping to be wowed. I think it would have been REALLY GOOD except for being cold. Well, lukewarm. The service was great, the pricing was on point for what I received. Just wished the burrito and taters had been hot.
Employees possibly tried to steal my order!!!!! I ordered two items from their menu. Upon receiving my order, I pulled up a little bit and looked into the bag to check my order. I was missing one item. I slowly backed up back to the drive through window and waiting to speak to someone. Almost instantly, my order was handed to me in a NEWLY ROLLED UP BAG, and the girl working the driver through offered a guilty "Sorry about that" and walked away. Far from pleased.
The taco salad does not come with chili. You have to buy it seperate or also buy a drink. Even though the app shows the chili included.
Great place to eat if you like chared food burnt to your liking and a staff of workers that have zero patience for you has a customer ! Want good advice stay far away !
Shout out to the awesome ladies working today. Gluten free ain’t easy and it keeps me from eating out often. The staff was super kind about and ensured my food was not cross contaminated and gluten free for me to enjoy. Thanks for going above and beyond!

The girl that took my order in the drive-thru wasn’t friendly at all. She sounded like she didn’t want to be there.
This location is the worst!!! I don't even know how they have 3.7 stars corporate definitely needs to get involved immediately!!!! I pull up to order the simplest thing ever and the person who took my order Austin was very rude for no reason at all. I'm not even sure if his name was Austin that's what the manager told me because he would not tell me his name but Collin was on my receipt. He rushed me to order and cut me off before I could even finish my order. I only ordered baconator fries and a drink. Management needs to be careful who you hire because a lot of people don't have customer service skills but yet you're allowing them to take orders. You never know who you might run into that's why it's always important to provide good customer service. I did nothing to that worker but tried to order some food.... I always have issues at this location no matter what and y'all just lost a customer because of it. And on top of that my food was not even hot and I had to wait to get it smh y'all need to do a lot better
