I ordered and paid for a combo through the self service machine (because no one wanted to stop playing around long enough to take an order) the machine did not give me a receipt. When my order finally came out after 25 minutes of waiting with no one waiting on their food, I grabbed my order because I had to go. Checked my bag in my truck and realized I didn't get my fries I went back in and told them. I got told "how do I know you didn't get them, you don't have a receipt to prove you ordered them too, so sorry about your bad luck but that's a you problem not my problem"
This is one of the most ghetto Wendy’s I have ever been to. Not only was the lobby trashed and all of the tables dirty. I found a nappy pubic hair in my French fry’s as seen in my photo. I brought it to the attention of the person at the counter and they said “it should be fine to eat if you pick it out.”.
I would not come back here.
When it's good it's great! When it's not, boy it's not... to be fair it is more often good food than bad. The biggest issue i have with this location is the wait time on food. If you come at night your guaranteed to wait up to 15 maybe even 20 minutes for a small order of food, this is even if you made a mobil order 15 to 30 minutes in advance. The way the drive thru is built is there is no way to leave once you get in the line, they have a barricade alongside it making you unable to leave even if you get your food at the window if someone in front of you is waiting in there food then you have to wait on their order. Not only is this inconvenient but at times can be downright insane on wait times. I give it a three star because to be honest in some ways it's good, but in alot of ways it really isnt.
I would give zero stars if I can. They absolutely refused to serve us. Never even spoke to us! We were waiting at the register to order because the kiosks said card only. The one employee walked near us 3 separate times looked at us and walked away each time. Sometimes just stood there next to us. There were 3 employees that we could see and not busy at all. I will be reaching out to corporate. DO NOT GO HERE!
I did an online order and they forgot the bacon. I spoke to the manager and showed the burger. He made a new burger with extra bacon. He said I could keep the other burger as well. He is a short white guy with beard.
Food was good. Was taken aback by the manager. They stopped the lady taking our order. She said we have too many backed up orders to take another. After about 10 minutes, the manager took the order. Was asked take out or dine in 2 times. The manager still did not get it right. Missing some food but the original lady who took our order set it right.
For one thing, I've never found a clean table at this location, anytime I stop here. Was in here earlier this year and wanted to try a strawberry frosty, since they had a sign up for it. But no, they hadn't had strawberry in like 6 months.
20 dlls for a baconator double only for upgrading to baconator fries? Really?
Any ways. Food is expensive but usually I get charged extra 99 cents when I do that same in other Wendy's locations.
Had to eat in site because I had to use my 30 min break since I am trucking. The place is disgusting. I counted 8 people behind the counter but I'm the dinning area was dirty, trash all over the floors, not a single clean table, the soda machine sticky and the spot where you get your napkins full of trash, crums,sticky due to spilled drinking products...
Is a nice stop, but people can't clean in there. So uncomfortable to eat in a place this disgusting., so had to go and eat in my truck. All y'all gotta do is flip burgers and keep the place clean. 8 people competing on who works the less.. disgraceful!
