Drive thru took 15 mins. Didn’t receive what I ordered and what I was given was too spicy to even eat. The iced tea also tasted like fruit flavored water. Tried calling 3 times to have them fix the issue, but no answer or even option to leave a message. Never visiting this location again.
Came through drive thru on 8-22-24 at 11:05 am. The girl (her name on the receipt is Tequila) taking our order was rude on the speaker and when we got up to the window she barely said two words to my boyfriend. Practically threw the bag of food at him then slammed the window. She immediately went back to texting on her phone and then gave us a dirty look when we hadn’t moved due to her not giving our drink with our food. Then acting like it was a big inconvenience for her to finish our order. The customer service is always horrible here. We tried to come yesterday for lunch and the whole staff ignored the customers inside waiting. And barely paid attention to drive thru. The food is always good but the staff is horrible. I doubt we will ever come to this Wendy’s again.
If the young man at the drive-through was more focused on his job than chasing skirts at the drive-through window, it would’ve been a better rating. He didn’t tell us the total at the drive-through box didn’t tell us the total when we went to pay. He didn’t give us a receipt and all we got was an orange frosty and he went to give us four drinks and we told him it was ours. He asked what we ordered and we said the frosty that’s been sitting there handed to us my husband said am I gonna get something to eat with? Who didn’t they put a spoon in the bag?
This Wendy’s location is a real experience—like a fast-food reality show! The service moves at a sloth’s pace, and I was even yelled at to start my order with my coupon, even though I clearly mentioned it.
If you want entertainment while you wait, this is the place! Just bring your patience and a sense of humor.
I went there at 10pm on the dot I ordered a 5 dollar biggie bag and a 10 pc nugget and they don’t even give me my nuggets there was 3 of those people there.And now they won’t answer there phone so that I can get my money back. They also gave me nasty ranch.
Normally I don’t write reviews but literally EVERY TIME I come to this location (it’s the closest around my home) they mess something on my order up routinely. Im extremely understanding about how sometimes it might be overwhelming working fast food/drive through because I once did as well; but you’re better off driving the extra couple miles to a different location. My expectations aren’t very high, yet I still find myself annoyingly disappointed every time with this location. The kid who speaks way too fast at the drive through speaker( IYKYK) doesn’t care about how he does his job nor does the management. On top of that when you try to call their location to let them know they don’t ever answer even after multiple calls. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend to a friend or family.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location sucks! The employees take forever and act like you are putting them out when you order. Shouldn’t take almost 30 mins to get one meal. They’re always out of potatoes. The order has been messed up several time. We definitely will go out of the way to another location for better service.
When I arrived at the drive through window I was not greeted by the person working the drive through. I stated what I would like to eat and she didn’t hear me. I then repeated my order. She didn’t tell me my total and was not friendly. When I pulled up to the drive through window I was able to see that she was on her personal phone while taking my order which is why she was unable to hear my order the first time I said it. She opened the window and told me my total, after I gave her the money she closed the window and then provided me the change for my order. She then closed the window and got on her phone again. Unprofessional.
