This location has been having some new staff challenges for a bit, but they are always friendly people. I hope they can keep some workers as this is a very convenient, busy location. I noticed they have a chicken and chili deal on the menu...you can get either 4 or 6 spicy or regular nuggets with either small or large chili for 5 or 6 bucks. It was a just right little meal deal for me without a biting my budget. The better the deals, the more often I will be back. Their nuggets are really good, plump and fresh tasting, not greasy. I didn't get fries this time, but I love their fries, too. I do miss that little orange Frosty they had awhile back. Was a bit of a wait here, hence a one star deduct, but worth it...my pups and I enjoyed the nuggets and Wendy's chili has always been almost as good as my own!
Good food, but slowest service I've ever had, it took me almost an hour just to get food. And I had already paid on the app so I had to wait. They had no sense of urgency even in the case of being short staffed, this is just ridiculous.
25 minutes once i placed my order at the speaker, 4 cars in front of me went within 5 minutes. Spent 20 minutes at the window. Couldn't get anyone's attention to get a refund or even ask how much longer.
At one point, I tapped the window to try and get ones attention to be met with a quick glance and finger points to wait a minute.
I finally got my food and asked for a manager. The landy told me no basically and processed to tell me that they were getting "fresh meat." Whatever that's supposed to mean. Cold fries and cold burger.
Will not be visiting this or any other Wendy's going forward. This is a widespread issue with Wendy's establishments.
I waited in a long line only to watch cars drive away. That should've been my que to leave as well, but I had a taste for some spicy nuggets. I finally drive to the speaker only to wait another 3 minutes. When I said, "HELLO!" I was greeted with an "OH! my bad". I asked for a spicy nugget combo and a baconator combo with NO cheese and NO sauce. To my surprise when I got home, I bit into cold stale nuggets and a double burger(I asked for a single) with cheese on it. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again. Oh, and if I wouldn't have asked for my other drink, they would've let me drive off without it. Attention to detail is what this place needs along with fresh food!
This place gets a zero. It was dirty and the chicken nuggets and french fries were ice cold. Not to mention the employees had their vapes on the counter. Also, every soda in the machine was flat. The drive thru was closed at 830. Wow!
They don’t have employees and the manager doesn’t care. We went inside and were not even acknowledged. We stood there for 5 minutes and there wasn’t a single soul in the restaurant. Manager saw us and still continued to speak with the new employee. 2 other cars in the drive thru also left. They could’ve said “we’re closed” but chose to ignore us instead.
I rated the food 3 stars because i have absolutely no idea how it is. Of the 4 times I have attempted to order there, i've never ONCE been successful.

All very suspicious since I came by later in the evening, and it would seen whoever was on shift was simply not interested in doing their job.
If i was the owner, i'd be very suspicious of my late evening crew.

You guys are KILLIN it in the ???? business! Whether I visit your establishment as a D.Dasher or a patron service is fast, friendly & always w/ a ????‼️My sandwiches are always made exactly the way I ordered, and they're never put together crappy & sloppily. And when I need a frosty in my life to dip my fries in, you never let me down. (*cough-bring back the orange cream frosty...SOON)
Thank you for maintaining a clean dining room and ladies' room making any visit a pleasant experience. I don't visit as often as I'd like so any opportunity I get to swing through is a treat for me. Keep up the excellent food & service, guys! See yll soon!
