Customer service is horrible! Headed my food to slammed the window. Paid 9 for mostly lettuce and Apples. Chicken was missing in action! With limited food options in the area … this place could actually be so much better. just like the McDonald’s next door management, owners, corporate do not care!

Amazing. You have a great staff, they got my large order 100% correct and they were professional and well mannered. Most of the times you go to fast food a lot of employees are rude or have zero customer service skills and they do the bare minimum. That was NOT your staff today. Please treat them well, because they are treating your customers with great service ☺️
Went in to pick up a family order through the mobile app. The food wasn't ready when I arrived which is understandable I placed the order and did not give reasonable time to have it made so I sat there in the lobby. The vibes were amazing, the music was booming and Mr Baps (please correct me if that is not your name) kept me updated on my meal and made my experience awesome ! I love coming to this location and will always consider this one over the rest.
Put in mobile order. Show up ten minutes after. They need me to park. Hand me my frosty and run away before I could ask for a spoon or something. Order takes almost 20 minutes to get to me. I ask if I can get a new frosty because the one they gave me is completely melted. She says they can’t take it back because I opened it. Girl, I know? I tried to lick it up like a dog but my tongue isn’t that long so I couldn’t. I didn’t expect you to shove it back up the frosty machine either. I wanted a new one because y’all can’t get it together and wasted my money.
Great location and best service around for Wendy's!! Superior service and management for a Wendy's. Now my favorite Wendy's in the area!! Nice work, Wendy would be proud ????????
The service is horrible here and so I had my daughter apply who’s actually has a successful record of providing good customer service at a different Wendy’s out of state. Figured since we moved to the area maybe she can help this Wendy by creating a better experience for people but they failed to hire her and failed to even follow up. I would rather drive out of my way to a different Wendy’s then go to this one again. They were so rude and acted as we weren’t even customers.
Went through drive thru, staff was friendly and professional. Food was hot and tasted great. The fries were excellent today, prefect amount of salt.
Good afternoon I Anthony Anderson was just fired from Wendy's today as of 12/8/2024. I called the manager Rachell yesterday about a family emergency that is personal. I told her because I know how exactly she is when it comes to calling out of work
She told me to go into the group chat and ask if anyone could cover me so to my family emergency no response. So today as of 12/8/24 I text the group this:Good morning everybody do to a family emergency yesterday I will try my best to make in today

Today texts from Miss. Rachell Anthony I'm gonna need a doctors note from you covering these last few days you've been gone from what ever facility your mother n law at.
I called her at 1:51 today at 12/8/2024 and ask her why did you mention I missed the past few days of work and its only be one day. I mentioned you have to communicate the right way.
Basically she tried to speak over me like I was wrong in a way for saying i was off the past few days and its only been one day and that was yesterday 12/7/2024. Communicating the right way with employees is always a plus when there is a family emergency and especially being a general manager.
My mother n law has a tube implanted in her chest and I had my kids since yesterday and do to that the manager Rachell at Wendy's I was fired because her unprofessional communication with me... Saying that I was out the past few days when it was only a one day.
This lady is not fitted for manager position at Wendy's. I have a mother n law that is dealing
with life or death and she help me with my kids and with emergency going to hospital. I stayed out of work with my kids because she take care them.
And do to me being fired because the general manager Rachell felt some type way because I corrected her about I Anthony Anderson only missing one day of work and she said the last few days I've been out of work for one day and she said a few days doesn't really right with me
The employees respect me at Wendy's as great worker but on the half the general manager need to be removed from her position because I shouldn't be fired about a family emergency.
Few is 3 or more couples is 2. That's easy to understand.
I will be calling the corporation about the general manager Miss Rachell and file complaint about me being fired for nothing because this doesn't make sense for a manager to play with people when they have kids and Especially when there's a family emergency like mind.
