As someone who works in food service, I get things happen, however..
I ordered a 10pc of the spicy buffalo nuggets with ranch.
A 6 piece of the spicy ghost pepper nuggets with blue cheese.
Two drinks and two other food items.
After I ordered, I was asked, "You said a 6 piece of the spicy ghost pepper nuggets.. right?" I said yes.
When i get home, there were two 10 pieces of the spicy buffalo and only ranch. And no spicy ghost pepper. Maybe if they hadn't asked AGAIN about the ghost pepper, i could see the mix up. But how do you mix it up *AFTER* CONFIRMING it? Can't argue I benefited from it because I still paid for it. 6 dollars for the one flavor of sauce I don't like. Experiences here vary, but normally I'm not annoyed enough to say something. I totally get that its just chicken nuggets, but it seriously sucks when you're really looking forward to something.
Sucked today. Took 10-11 minutes just to get our order taken. There was a big line of 6 people waiting for their order to get taken
My order was for 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, 4 jr cheeseburger deluxes and 3 medium fries. I got 6 jr cheeseburger deluxes and 3 medium fries. This location messes up my order 50% of the time.
Two of their night workers was cussing at my 9 and 11 year old. But ran inside when I pulled up. We visit this place once a week for a frosty. I'm pretty confident the same ones cussing out kids keyed my car! I'm getting the video footage today. Not only is the wait ridiculous the orders and never right! They have a bunch of losers working night shift.
My friends kids had to stop to get chicken nuggets. I had some and now I see why they like them
This Wendy's is ridiculous. My mom ordered a potato. There was no fork in the bag so I told the gentleman at the window there wasn't a fork. He said there is a fork. Then made me empty out the bag to prove there was no fork. The manager standing right there I don't understand. Is there like a plastic fork shortage?. There also was no napkins in the bag which I figured out after I left. It wasn't like they were busy. There was literally no one in the Drive-Thru or in the parking lot.
The wait at this Wendy's was a complete joke. The drive thru was packed so went inside for a frosty and Biggie Bag. I swear I was here 20 minutes just for that.
My burger was not cooked all the way it was still pink in the middle and yet the assistant manager just wanted to do nothing about it didn’t wanna refund my money didn’t want to remake my burger or anything very piss poor management!!!!!
