Typical Wendy's location except this one is located in a Pilot gas station. They have all of the menu items you would expect to find at Wendy's, burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, Frosties, and more. There is plenty of seating on the inside, if you want to stop and eat. It was not very busy during my visit but my food did take a while to come out. Overall, it was not bad for a fast food stop and I would go there again.
This has to be the worst Wendy's ever. It's always 20 min to order even when there is nobody in line. The food is OK. Some times the fries are cold. I ordered chili with onions and cheese. Whole sliced onions. Not chopped. Not even cut. Whole rings of onion. Half of the drinks in the fancy coke machine are always out. The only reason i come here is because of the Pilot.
I don’t normally do bad reviews however this is supposed to be a baconator and is basically a jr bacon cheeseburger without lettuce and tomato. I paid $6.98 for this burger. This is ridiculous. Then when we paid in cash the cashier did not have correct change to give back and didn’t try to go to drive through register or in the back to make change to give back. We just said keep it. Wendy’s I’m disappointed at the downfall and quality of food and I’ve been a customer forever. Not looking for anything in return only want to see better quality for the price and customer service in full effect.
Cashier has a very nasty attitude. I asked for fresh fries and she gave me some old stale cold fries. When I asked for a new order of fries, she said they are fresh and slammed the window shut. Please hire some ppl that actually want to work and with better attitudes. This person is clearly the wrong person to be working in customer service or around food
This location is beyond disgusting. And I mean beyond.
I don't even know what to say. We chose not to order anything after looking at the environment. Well, that and the service was super slow. The self checkout machines were shutdown asking everyone to see the cashier.
And the amount of filth is appalling. Surely whoever owns this location gets plenty of feedback about this location. Just don't bother visiting this Wendy's.
Nakerra took my order and she was extremely rude. I ordered a #1 substitute fries with a chili with cheese, and she told me the total before I was done ordering. She was rushing me to order and never repeated it. When I got my receipt I noticed she had rung me up for a potato with cheese instead of a chili with cheese. I told her about it right away and she told me that’s what I ordered. I got my food and sure enough I received a potato. I again explained to her that that’s not what I ordered and she rolled her eyes and walked away without helping me. I then spoke to the manager, and even she was rude and said that’s what I ordered and that they already made the potato, even though it wasn’t what I ordered. She did end up replacing it for me hesitantly and the whole experience was really unprofessional. Nakerra didn’t give me my drink either and I had to ask the manager for it. We all have bad days, I get it, but based on other reviews for this location, this appears to be a common thing unfortunately. When I got my burger it was also cold. It’s clear this store has a staffing issue and that the staff doesn’t want to work. If I were Wendy’s corporate, I’d clean house and reopen once the customer service was up to where it should be. Terrible experience, and avoid this location please. Too many other places to go to with much better service.
I have never seen “fast” food workers move so slow. I ordered my food, and then the girl walked away and left my friend standing at the counter waiting to order for at least 10 minutes. All of the sodas were out in the machine and no one wanted to change it, and then they acted annoyed when we asked them to fill our cups behind the counter. Then one worker walked up to the counter, stood on her phone for a couple minutes and then walked away without looking at us. We could see into the kitchen from the counter, and none of the kitchen workers had hair nets on, and we could see one girl who’s hair was so tall it kept getting into the bottles for the saucy chicken nuggets. This was the worst experience i’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. I’ll drive across the street and eat mcdonald’s next time.
First placed an order on the mobile app which didn't go through so had to get a refund then replace my order once there. Which they still got wrong had to steal my husband's fries since I didn't receive mine. So infuriating and just a waste of time, have been to much better Wendy's. THIS ONE IS NOT IT.
