I was in line with two other cars, I was second out of the three. They served the first car and refused myself+ the car behind me (who were already in line) saying they were closed. It was 12:45am and they close at 1am. The team member who informed me was very snarky about it and got very defensive when questioned why did they serve the car in front when they very well could see the other 2 cars well in line before being "closed".
Very inconsiderate considering I came off the highway in search of a late dinner on my way back to NJ. No wonder why the ratings are so low here. Corporate must be so proud of this restaurant. Customer Service gets an F. I hate to leave bad reviews but this one asked for it.
One of the absolute worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to and I am not talking about Wendy’s the food at Wendy’s I absolutely adore, but this particular location is so bad. It’s a joke. I finally given up on ordering Wendy’s off of DoorDash because it always delivers from this location and let me give you a bit of the experience. The bread is hard and stale. The food is ice cold and mind you the commute from that Wendy’s to my house is not far whatsoever and even The sodas are completely flat. I mean, how does no one ever realize this and say “hey our soda machine is completely flat. Let’s fix this “
If you want stale food, flat soda, then definitely go to this Wendy’s. Save yourself and go to the one on Hamilton blvd instead
This Wendy's is one of the best in the area in customer service, quality, & speedy delivery! Hands down The $5 Biggie Bag is one of the most affordable deals on the market considering what is included! Additionally, THE PUMPKIN SPICE FROSTY IS INCREDIBLE!
Came through the area on a day trip and stopped here for food. The store was really clean, and the service was quick. Employees were very nice and made our food promptly and everything was correct. Definitely can't go wrong with Wendy's in general, their food is always really good. I'm not a big fast food person, but Wendy's is always one place I do enjoy. Definitely recommend coming here, there was lots of seating and everything was clean and well stocked.
Good food. Did not like the Garlic Spicy Saucy nuggets, too greasy. The other ones were good though. Elsewise the nuggets and frosty vanilla tasted great! Good for a quick bite! Great service and quick preparation for a fast meal. Missed their vanilla frostys and the chocolate ones too!
The only reason I gave one star was for the girl behind the counter who acknowledged me and made my food. Walked into this Wendy's for the first time! It was chaotic there. No one noticed that I walked in. All employees were talking amongst each other and no one was paying attention to any of the customers. Finally the girl who helped me explained to me that there's a shift change and there's a lot going on! I have never seen a shift change like this before. She made my food and the meat was not at all fresh! French fries with cold. I never had a Wendy's as horrible as this one.
Line is long, food never comes out that fresh and everything out of the soda machine tastes like seltzer water. Go to another Wendy it will be faster and taste better
Has got to be the worse location... Went through the drive-tru and ordered two #1s with baconator fries and two extra sides of baconator fries. Not only they made me wait 10min by the door but when I got back to the hotel noticed the burgers were missing, the baconator fries had little pieces of what I can tell was chicken and cheese coming out of the sides! A real mess! I should of went with my gut when i saw that 3.5 rating ajd checked the food too!
