I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. It was late around 9:00 pm. I waited a couple of minutes for the food to be prepared. The good side of having to wait is that the food is freshly made. The chicken sandwich was warm and tasty. I would have liked a little more mayo on the sandwich but that is a personal preference not anything for me to give less stars over. The fries were also warm. They were lightly salted and enjoyable. All in all it was a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fast food experience.
Currently waiting in line at drive thru for 15 minutes while the employees are smoking weed on what i can only assume is a break, you know during dinner rush. I find that's the best time to get high. Hopefully the food is semi fresh...and no baked potatoes, the only reason we went but it was hot at peast.
waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes 4 other cars left the drive thru so did we. they could have had lots more customers if they were doing what they should have been doing. when i drove around i saw 3 kids laughing about all the customers leaving. what a waste of time. this was the night crew. you guys need to do something about this
Waited 35 min for just a 10 piece nugget 2 o'clock don't go here around lunch time it's terrible service
Definitely one of the better wendys in the area. I would much rather go to this wendys than the one on Reynolds and airport. The last time we went the staff did seem a little disheveled, which was odd because no one was in front of us when we got there, and only 1 car was behind us. But they got our order right and did it fairly fast. The facility seemed fairly clean and well maintained.
Thanks to all the employees at Wendy's on Aiport Hwy Holland OH. Best customer service and freshest food I've had at a fast food chain in years. God bless and be with the staff and the owners. Know that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior! You all made my day brighter!!!
Place is pathetic. Waited 30 minutes and n the lobby for a 4 piece nugget and a jr bacon. Had to get back to work so I didn’t even get my food. The horrible staff will be the end of this chain one day.
