Workers here are lazy. Ordered from this location many times due to it being near where I live. The majority of times they would give me an attitude or get my order wrong. Everything goes smoothly when the ginger haired young female manager is on shift but lately I haven't seen her. I don't know her name but she's so kind and quick ???? This location NEEDS NEW WORKERS WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Shouldn't even have to make this kind of review but here I am. For months now iv noticed that customer service has been going down the drain at this location in particular. For about the last 4 times that iv gone every person who works the pick up window is extremely unfriendly, rude, and cold. They don't ask how your doing they act snappy towards you. It's actually gotten to the point to where I don't even want to come to this one anymore because I don't want to deal with the less then savory attitudes of some of the employees. Management definitely needs to address this issue because I'm sick of it.
I usually have a very good experience. Here in the service is usually very friendly and they were very smiley and nice to me, I like that the fries are usually fresh and hot. Today, however they didn’t give me a bag of food I ordered and I didn’t realize until I went home. I came back to get the order and obviously they didn’t believe me and gave me some sass for eventually I did get the food that I ordered and paid for, but they were certain that they had already given it to me and I’m 100% certain I did not get everything I ordered. Overall, this is a really good Wendy’s and the food is usually really good and the service friendly, but just make sure that you get what you order before you leave.
Horrible customer service by the drive thru lady or child whatever she is.
Ordered online and the app said to pull up to the drive-thru and after waiting inline I was told by the lady over the mic to come inside even after letting know that the app said drive-thru. Please someone take her off that job and put someone who wants to help customers or leave her name so we don't order when she's there.
The mangers are terrible! The lobby door was opened @8:00am. I was told they was shorts staff so I couldn’t not order in the lobby . I don’t have a car to go thru the drive thru . POOR SERVICE!!
My daughter ordered a medium frosty, and they gave her a small and insisted it was a medium even though the cup said [s/k] - small/kids cup, so exchanged it after inquiring what a small looked like, then while my daughter was eating her food she discovered that there was fuzz and hair on her nuggets. The attitudes were not welcoming and the food was disgusting. The establishment overall looked rather clean in the area for dining but the kitchen was nasty and the food matched the quality.
Terrible! That night crew she could all be replaced! Nobody in the drive thru, yet it takes them 5 min to take your order, when you drive by the window they are standing around talking! The man is always rude!
Every time I order a baked potato with cheese & bacon the service team forgets or are just too lazy to check the notes………but I get charged for sour cream & butter and never receive them with my order. Oh yes I can’t forget the napkins but the service team always does!!!! Always and never are awfully strong words when explaining a problem but “If The Shoe Fits ????????????????????????
