Went to Wendy's and ordered via drive thru. On the first attempt wrong items were being handed. I informed the staff that it was not part of our order. Next, order was given to us with food missing and wrong food was placed. I called Wendy's restaurant to inform them of the situation. Lady said to come back and that we can't refund over the phone. Done wasting my time. Please retrain staff!
I just ordered a jr bacon burger sandwich, and no bacon was on the sandwich, these kids have to do better smh.
Don’t go to this Wendy’s disgusting cooperate will be contacted how you can’t change baconator fried in a biggie bag and I’ve almost been to every location they do it perfectly fine !!! The worst customer service that I have ever experienced, they will leave people in drive through before they service you a small meal. Why have stalls if you are going to refuse service to people who wish to order small meals? Worst service ever!!!
I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your drive-through. I ordered 4 burger combos and a salad, but when I arrived at my office, I realized the salad was missing. I had to return to the restaurant, where I was told that the salad wasn’t charged and that I needed to pay again.
Upon checking my receipt, I noticed that while the salad wasn’t charged, a donation I never requested or consented to was included. I spoke with the manager, but her response was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me feeling very frustrated. Her attitude made the situation even worse, and it completely ruined my lunch break.
Mistakes can happen, but the manager's lack of concern and poor attitude were unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better service and respect.

The store is located inside of the Rising Sun Plaza it is a stand-alone building with modern finishings a drive-through outside seating televisions and free soda refills it's easily accessible by bus. Ample free parking is available
