Ordered a small fry and 2 Frostys, a vanilla and a pineapple. Was informed there was no vanilla which was fine, make it chocolate. What was NOT mentioned was that pineapple can't be made without the vanilla so we get a chocolate pineapple mix. What?! It wasn't even mixed. And the fries were seriously
old but the worst was the guy in the drive thru- unbelievably rude and insulting when we asked about it. I sympathize with fast food workers but the treatment was just appalling. How do I know how the Frostys are made. Just explaining that the pineapple would have to be mixed in the chocolate would have saved a lot of aggravation for everyone.
Unorganized, no communication among the works. I stood in line for 20 mins waiting to place a carry out order, ( never got that far) I gave up and went to Arby's, got in and got out in 4 mins. and they were just as busy. Goes to show you what a GOOD team leader can do. So sad this place is taking a dump! It use to be one of the best places to grab a quick lunch.
Never had a problem here before. Today I waited 15 minutes while staff appeared to ignore the line and instead bicker like children. Ended up leaving without eating. Bojangles up the street was no problem to get food from professional acting staff

ght ding because of the orange cones surrounding the drone landing zone, which occupies 2 prime parking spots.
Wasn't excited about the new location it can be hard to get in and out of. The new building itself is beautiful though. Staff was awesome and smiling food was hot and we love the $5 bags
Went to Wendy’s to get some food, had ordered a 5 Dollar Meal Deal with coke, a small frosty, and a Medium Dr. Pepper. We pulled up to the window after waiting about 5 minutes from starting our order. The guy at the first window helped us out, but then got to the second window gave us our food, missing the Dr Pepper. I had mentioned to the guy saying that we had got a Medium Dr Pepper, and he still gave me a small Dr Pepper. We made sure that the order was we right and nothing was missing, and it was wasn’t, but we paid 3 dollars for a medium drink and got a small, the Dr Pepper and the coke were flat, there was no carbonation.
This place is slow most of time
Its mostly due to not enough employees
So if place looks back up and busy
Just do you and or family a favor
Kick on somewhere else
If drive thru has more than 4 or 5 cars in it to order
Na go on down tha road to Arbys tacobell or bking
People I would not eat there there hamburger goes into the chill the next day n they smoke weed there n also don't wear gloves or wash the hands after using the bathroom n no hair nets either disgusting I got sick from this place I won't eat there no more
