Stopped in while traveling, it was the best chicken sandwich from Wendy’s we have had in a while. Tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and perfect on our spicy chicken sandwiches. The staff were a breath of fresh air with their kindness. Restroom could have been cleaner but the food and staff made up for it. I almost thought maybe they thought we were mystery shoppers! They had, what appeared to be, a person in training running the register. Nice guy!
This is the WORST Wendy's. We were completely ripped off. We ordered 3 4 for 4sand a taco salad. Spicy nuggets for 1 4 for 4 meal. All the nuggets were spicy. They didn't provide one drink and 1 fry. Charged for biggie bags. And provided 4 for 4 sandwiches with incorrect makes. Overcharging. The taco salad was practically empty. Every time we have ever ordered here they have screwed it up royally. And they don't post the store number on the website like every other store. Obviously to dodge out on formal complaints. This store is absolute garbage.
The doors were locked in the lobby due to being understaffed on Labor Day. The floor was dirty. The Baconator was good. The fries were cold. Overall the food was okay
Great familiar place to stop while traveling. Service is friendly and fast. Dining room is decent sized with outdoor seating. Food was hot and everything ordered was correct. May have to stop here on the way back.
Drive-thru experience was not good. It took forever to get waited on, received the wrong food, and they tried to make it better with a vanilla frosty. Thank God I have will power because I am not supposed to eat frosties.
The service was fine. The food appeared to be fine, but was a bit soggy. We had lunch there and then headed to Mammoth Cave. During the cave tour, I became very nauseous and felt like I was still tasting lunch. From that time on, I had gastric problems. My family members also had bowel distress after eating at this Wendy's. It's been a day and we're all still having bad gas from our visit there. Pack a lunch before going to Mammoth cave.... Do anything, but don't eat here.
Why is the lobby always closed when you can see plenty of staff inside. Losing business from those who cannot go through their drive thru. Thankfully there are other options for food near this location.
I was carrying a small child and a person behind the counter came out and held open the door and then carried our food to the table. Very politeness kind service 5 stars!
