i don't usually leave negative reviews but this location switched to using AI to take my order & it was so stupid. took multiple tries to make the AI understand my order & even though the screen was correct by the end my order was still wrong. i got spicy nuggets (which were disgusting) instead of regular nuggets like i ordered. ruined my night. sad to see wendy's now believes in shortchanging their human workers and selling out to AI!!
I’ll never understand how the hell it takes LONGER at a fast food place than for me to place an order online at a regular restaurant and get it myself. Trash service and ALWAYS slow.
Be prepared to wait for your food longer than it’ll take you to eat it
Only good thing Wendy’s has going for it in 2024 is price. Cheapest food out of the big 3 (Wendy’s, McDonald’s, BK)
This store's is service the best that I have experienced.
I visit this Wendy's in Milford 3 times within 2 weeks recently. Every employee is very polite and answer my questions in details.
The fried potatoes for breakfast is extremely delicious.
I ordered the new kraby patty burger, and was completely blown away. It was quite literally the best burger I've ever had in my life. In fact it was so delicious, that I began to wonder if SpongeBob himself was actually making the burgers and that's why it was so delicious. After that, I could not get the thought of a sea creature handling my food out of my head. The thought disgusted me so much that I lost my appetite. I know it probably wasn't SpongeBob actually making the burgers, but it would be disgusting if he was. This seems like a situation were the food was so delicious that it hurt it's rating.
I waited 10 minutes in line along with others to see this awful team argue and not take one order I’m working and trying to grab something to eat at a FAST food restaurant. NO ONE came to even say a word this place sucks this is why you guys don’t make good money because you don’t work for it

The staff at the register literally took my order hands me a bag saying have a nice day I look in the bag and say we'll how bout the rest of the food? Oh oh yeah DUH??!?! I go out to my truck cause the dining room.is nasty and bite into a Dave's triple and there is a hair in I as long as my sisters and I go in and say something and they hand me another one muttering in Spanish under there breathe I go back outside open it and it is been so over cooked it is almost charcoal black and I could throw it at someone I am good it's getting one star cause it didn't offer any lower.. not a place to eat peoples they could care less the place is a dump and it is a stain on Dave Thomas's name
Ai drive thru is terrible at taking customized orders, and the staff has a hard time fixing the order and making it correct. 3 out of 3 times failed.
Find a other location
Need common area clean tables and trash
Need improving on quality time with food and chicken nuggets need to fresh make too long in a bid not mindful with bid timer
