Wanted to shout out the sweetest worker “Starlina” here at pines rd location. Her customer service and smile brightened my day thanks to the team that worked hard and manger.
Me and my family of eight stopped there this morning for breakfast. Worse Wendy’s food we have ever had. As you can tell the sausage was burnt. The biscuit on another sandwich was microwaved too long. The eggs on another wasn’t what we call eggs. We got our order to go so we were too far down I20 to turn around. We originally thought this location was closed because we didn’t see any other vehicles in the parking lot. We found out why. Avoid this Wendy’s location.
If you're handicapped, this may not be the place for you. They have moved their handicap parking to the rear of the building. The closest parking spaces to the entrance are now curbside pick up parking. The food was fine. Service. The person taking our orders seemed to have difficulty understanding what we wanted to order. Employees fussing amongst themselves. Not good at any time, but especially now days. Customers don't want to hear the employees fussing. You don't know if someone is going to pull a weapon. It makes for an uneasy feeling. Not an enjoyable experience.
Horrible experience. To start the person taking the order was rude and kept asking if that was all when I repeatedly stated we needed a minute. The order was read back incorrectly. Then the guy handing the food over smelled like a marijuana factory. The chicken sandwich was missing cheese. The chicken nuggets were missing the sauce. The frosties were more like milkshakes. At least the food was hot.
Ordered some fries that was cold. I was asked to pull up while they get done more. After 10 minutes I called in, and they had forgot that were bringing new fries. SMH
I don't know why some franchises are great and some are mediocwendy's is usually one of my favorite places cause I get my backed potato and chili and why would this 1 taste different than the 1 where I closer to where I live? The hamburger bacon something shrunk to slider size .I don't get it. We were on the road traveling. I don't see. Any of reson to stop back in? Was not that great of an experience they messed up on the order.I just wasn't impressed.
If I could give a zero stars I would. My kids door dashed them food for lunch. When it arrives they’re about to eat and pulls the fries out the bag and there’s literally hair in them. I called for the manager to tell me it’s impossible that he’s worked fry station and he’s bald. Most these fast food places need better management.
Ordered a $5.00 BIGGIE BAG That I was charged $6.00. The never mentioned up charge was 25 cents per chicken nugget for Spicy Ghost nugget, so hidden charges I feel is theft. Up charge was not on anything I could find in on menu board or else where.
