The food was hot and fresh! The gentleman that took our order was friendly and professional. I love that they have brought back the grilled chicken wrap!!
I came in on a Friday to dine in for breakfast at about 9:30am. The staff acted completely thrown off and needed the manager to use the register at the front. I just wanted to try the new breakfast burrito - I ordered the sausage version. What I got was bacon - slimey eggs and a little cheese and no hashbrown like the new commercials advertise what it is supposed to be. This must be a location problem as I see other reviews also.

Chicken in the chicken sandwich had to have been left out for over 6 hours. French fries too. I understand it’s a fast food place but it makes Burger King look like a 5 star restaurant.
I've had more than a few dissatisfied experiences at this wendys at Renner rd and midland in shawnee ...each experience months in-between. I keep hoping the service and food will be better. Never is. This time it was the worst. Service was horrible...wrong order....went back, it was as if I was bothering her...she was on her cell phone at the drive thru. The food made me sick physically...and a just ate a little of it. The spices chicken nuggets I had to go back to get...were overdone by alot, barely warm if that...burger dried out lettuce gross, fries were half full and not crispy as I asked. I'm done.
This Wendy's is a great location with a clean restaurant! I would recommend it to you! The service is pretty quick and the food comes out nice and hot.
Girls running drive thru rude. Say nothing had just push your bags at you. But order was all correct. They didn't know how to make the Jr frosty free since ordered on app
This is the Best in KC area! The Management aims to please. Every fastfood restaurant needs to go back to this style. The food is practically out the window when you pull up! The whole team works together!
Our food was Not as good as it has been in the past, The customer service was slow as ever, the counter order taker was messing and joking around with the customers ahead of us instead of taking our order, the soda machine in lobby was on the fritz so we had to have the counter guy fill our drinks from the drive through soda fountain.
