BEWARE!!! I'm not sure what's happening to this location, but it's definitely going downhill. All the food was cold as soon as it came out of the drive-thru window. The worst part of this all is realizing you're biting into a raw chicken sandwich. It immediately made me sick! Definitely not coming back to this location unless by some miracle their staff and food changes. Management should be ashamed of themselves!
I came here Saturday April 27th to order lunch on my break from work, The workers seemed to just be roaming around and almost looks like doing nothing, Another lady was taking an order from old man with 2 of his kids, mind you I was behind them waiting to order, I get up there to order and she takes my order normally, Cool, she gives me a cup and I fill my drink, I sit in a table area waiting for like 15 - 20 minutes, I got confused because The old man got his food not even 5 minutes after he ordered, mind you he was with 2 KIDS as well! I walked up there to ask about my order and I didn’t get a work in as they started to grab my order that’s just lying around! Like if i didn’t exist or that I never ordered, An old lady that seemed like the manager grabbed my burger, fries and made my frosty, these were all just lying around, I thank her and go to eat my food, the fries were cold and soggy, the burger was lukewarm and missing many toppings and the frosty was somehow half melted, The fact they just forget their customers exist is sad, Won’t be coming here to eat again
Not only did they mess our order up, but there was a keychain in our food!
me and my husband ordered the krabby patty patty meal no only was the burger basically squished like flat but both my meal and his meal plus fries were cold. the first time it happened we had it delivered so we thought maybe its cause it took them a while but we went to the store this time and food was still cold we definitely wont be comming back here again the food and the service is terrible.
I just ordered from this Wendy’s and the manager thought I wouldn’t approach her rude, neck popping, snappy, childish behavior.
I’m currently sick and I received 2x10 nuggets ( burning hot but obviously old original and mixed with spicy) and two orders of fries ( steaming hot on the top, stonecold at the bottom. All limp, no stiffness, but that wetting cardboard mush feel. Some even hard to eat like, they must have sat for AWHILE at the bottom of the fry basket/under the heat lamp. Not a fry cook, wouldn’t know the terminology, no disrespect intended. ) I call to ask the manager if my food was microwaved before pickup and she tells me at first ( which I have recorded, DISTRICT MANAGER feel free to reach out to me) “well, it’s DoorDash so it’s takes awhile so whatever “….I corrected her and told her it was Uber eats, and we went in circles ( because she was irritated and didn’t care or want to be on the phone )…. “Your food wasn’t microwaved, I remember this order, well if you bring EVERY PART OF THE ORDER NON EATEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK”…
1. Nuggets can’t be completely tested until it’s in your mouth, I have one half eaten nugget in my stomach. Do I take it out or I get nothing ? No ma’am.
2. When was it a policy to argue when you know you microwaved my food instead of making it fresh? Wouldn’t it be easier to just remake it or refund it ? Especially if I’m telling the truth?
3. WHO IS THIS LITTLE GIRL TALKING TO? We are adults, I didn’t curse until she did, after I wouldn’t accept her bs stipulations. I’m not infecting people by choice, especially in food settings (which I told her).
4. She shouldn’t have a position of power if your mindset is “the easy route”. A , just throw old food in the microwave because it “AiNt MiNe, they’ll be FiNee” mentality will get someone sick. One day she’ll throw something in the bag under temp ( which already happened based off reviews ????) and give food poisoning or not wash her hands and serve the world her germs. You’ll always be a failure, and it shows in your work ethic and how you treat others.
Someone needs to address the staff here because this is ridiculous.
Side note: I will be launching a formal complaint with your Corporate office, District manager and food and health ma’am and I’ll bring this trash food back to you. Let’s hope your kitchen has as much attitude as you did when I called about my food.
Great service at this location. The assistant manager, Seth, is always polite. And Nyla (at the register today) gave me excellent service & made me feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back! -Chris
The apple Pecan salad is awesome.
The staff not so much. Slow and not at all friendly. No smile nothing. Maybe they had a bad day.
3 becuase the food being fresh was overshadowed by the horrible attitude the host named zanyla had. She rolls her eyes at everyone including the manager. And you will have to ask her to repeat herself constantly during your order because she will not speak up.
