One of the worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Drive thru takes 20-30+ mins every time. Tried to go inside in the middle of the day instead (3pm on a Thursday) only for the doors to be locked and closed. This location never has food items in stock. Employees are rude.. might as well just shut this place down, because whoever runs it; is running it into the ground.
What is the point of supposed fast food if you use the drive thru and then wait FIFTEEN MINUTES for it to come out? I've never seen so many cars waiting to get their orders. Only one door was unlocked for the dining room I assume to deter people from actually eating inside? This still didn't expedite service in the least. Weirdest thing I've experienced in a while.
Drive-thru was backed up so I decided to go in. Just wanted a small order of fries. Ordered at the kiosk. Weighted nearly 10 minutes for a small order of fries. , you were able to see on the monitor your name and placement of orders and process. Gentleman came over and handed over the previous order to a gentleman in he walked past. I stood there waiting after he looked at the Monitor and then walked away. The manager had come by and looked at me and asked me if I was waiting on an order. I said yes and she told me they were understaffed. I understand that.
But the staff members should have started with that. Floors were slippery.
Every place has its off times. I'll be back. Fingers crossed! (fries tasted good but at best lukewarm)
This particular Wendy's, which is located in St.petersburg fl. It is almost fully automated. So, I ordered my food on a kiosk and as well paid via the kiosk, and approximately five minutes later, my assigned number was called to receive my order.The only interaction with the staff was being handed my order and I was on my way. Yes, as always, the food was great ????. These old-fashioned styled
Burgers are the best. This is an extremely clean store.
Got the new nacho burger meal and I was not impressed. The burger was far over cooked, dry, and cold like it had been sitting in a drawer for hours, the fries were cold and soggy, and there was a large piece of PLASTIC in the cheese. Would have been zero stars, but the lady and gentleman at the drive through were super sweet even though we could tell they were completely exhausted and over worked.
If I hadn't just got back into town after a 2 hour drive from a long 3 day weekend working and camping for an event, I would have driven back and demanded a full refund. I'm just too tired to care at this point.
I just have to say Pam is incredible! Super kind, and I appreciate her going above and beyond. Essentially I forgot to change my frosty to a medium on my mobile app. When I pulled up to correct it at the drive thru, I offered to pay the difference. They wasn’t a way for her to do it, and still offered me the medium frosty for free. I appreciate that so much, she did not have to do that by any means. She truly understands what customer service means.
One car in line ahead of us at the window and we waited a few minutes to order. Staff was short with us and a bit rude. Fries tasted old and definitely not fresh. Soda was filled so high with ice it was only a few ounces of actual liquid for a large.
Wendy’s usually is ok but this one failed every step of the way.
We order the new Bacon Cheddar Burgers and the Baconator fries tonight. We recieved fries with cheese, no bacon, and ordinary cheeseburgers with bacon. There was no cheddar bun, no onion strings, and no customizations. To top it off, it was straight out of the fridge cold. You can see in the pictures the cheese isn't even melted.
When I called the manager, he said "That's not possible, I made that order myself." He made no effort to even attempt to remedy the situation. Well...pictures speak a thousand words, people. Will be calling corporate next after the weekend.
