we went through drive through, our total didn't show up fully on the screen. So we had to pay more than expected. I asked for 4 sauces, only got 2. Also asked for no onions and got onions. ????
Gave me my food but told me to pull up to the door to get my drink. She was holding my cup in her hand, there was nobody in line. I said, "You want me to pull forward so you can give me the drink IN YOUR HAND RIGHT NOW? NO"
Retarded so I left without the drink.
Couldn't even place an order because I pulled up in the Drive-Thru and the guy they had leaf blowing decided to bring the leaf blower up directly to the car door where my sleeping infant was. Thanks for waking my child up. I will be going elsewhere. You should probably talk to your maintenance staff and have them actually treat your customers with respect
My double stack bacon burgers had only one patty each. I didn't notice until I got home. How many others of you have gotten only half of the meat you paid for?
Worst customer service ever!!! After showing my receipt from Grunhub they said they never got the order, and still wouldn't make me order. I got a deal through grubhub so reordering on site doesn't work... still didn't even help me out. Ridiculous. NEVER GOING TO THIS WENDY'S again when there's another one less than a mile away. Ridiculous... it's not even their food/store but acting like giving me food that I PAID FOR will somehow get them in trouble or lose them money.. so sad.

I love Wendy's food... so I won't let this Wendy's in Auburn stop me from not eating Wendy's at all. I ask for a side of Mayo... usually they will give me packets or scoop into a small container with a lid... I the past, I offer to pay for the extra Mayo... they told me that they ran out and didn't have anymore... ????
They are generally very busy all the time but despite that I never have to wait very long to get the food I order and it's always fresh due to the influx of customers.
