On this day, The service was very slow. Nit enough people working. The cashier looked to be new (no problems with that) Just made the experience slower. The food was mediocre at best but the prices reflect excellent food. The staff was very friendly and polite.
This was the nastiest, dirtiest, grossest, and most unwelcoming restaurant I've ever had the misfortune of walking into. The staff was clueless, the lobby had trash all over floor and counters, and even after waiting 15 minutes, our fries were cold, our order wasn't correct, and I felt like I needed a shower after going in there. The Franchisee and Manager should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. If I hadn't ordered online and paid already, I would have walked right back out there. I will never be back to location ever again.
They sure are quite unorganized in this Wendy's. EXPESALLY mobile orders!!! Every time I do a mobile order I end up waiting longer than if I just ordered at the register. Mike the cashier is about there only bit of hope! Best cashier I've seen in the establishment yet. He even tried to get them to put a rush on my ordered and they still didn't get the point!! ???? Some of the people who work here and the managers are the most rude people I have ever interacted with in my life. They will throw a fit if you ask them to do something as simple as switch out a frosty flavor for a meal. It’s not really my fault that they got the order wrong, is it? And when you call to complain, and you ask to speak to a manager, then the manager is rude to you as well. I will definitely never be back to this location. It is insane to treat people like that. There are some pretty nice employees and I feel truly bad for them that they have to be around those other horrible ones.
I normally don’t write reviews especially negative ones, but this is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been to this establishment, the manager is incredibly rude, and cannot handle lunch hour. I had 4 To-go orders, 3 of the 4 were messed up but I was still doing my best to be patient. When I ordered my 4th order I was told the rewards cannot be scanned in because their scanner has been broken for a while, and then I get stared at like I’m stupid. So then I said I’d just pay for it. When I was handed my order the add on I said I’d pay for wasn’t in the bag so I said it was missing the manager then proceeded to tell me I didn’t order this item? I explained once again that when I ordered it I’d pay for it since my rewards couldn’t be scanned in. This man looked at me and said I’m not gonna stand here and argue with you and walked away? Who was arguing? Not me, just because a manager can’t calm down and listen to the customers order is not my fault and this is a consistent issue. I walked out, the manager proceeded to follow me into the parking lot, at this point I was upset, he then hollered and said he was making my item that I asked for and I told him to shove it up his ass, because at this point it was ridiculous. He then told me not to come back. Trust me I won’t be back to this establishment. it’s workers are rude, never smile, and can’t get their shit together.
Great food, great price. Very friendly staff, they made it so enjoyable to eat here ????
No ice in drink wasn't told until I had it. It was warm and flat. Asked for Xtra sour cream didn't get it. Water chili for taco salad. Slime cheese on salad. If I wasn't driving a long distance already I would
back. Won't want to go back.
This Crossville location is consistently awful! Food is horrible! Old cold food! We get the economy is awful but they could at least give customers fresh hot food for crying out loud! Have not eaten there for months and thought we would try again. But no! No receipt, won't answer the phone!
