I have been to Wendy’s drive thru 2 fays Friday and Wednesday at lunch… 12:00… tried to order a baked potato and both days told it would be 30 minutes. It’s lunch time… the baked potatoes should be ready… Wendy’s needs a manager. It’s known for its baked potato’s…, this is not good!!!!!!’
Ordered online get to the store don't have items we accept replacement then get home and the order is missing fries try to get a answer come back 11 miles to get the fries . We can give our name and pick them up another day. Call customer service service and complain we will refund now 3 weeks later we can't gonna call bull .
I went to the drive-thru and ordered two Peach teas that did not taste like peach tea they just taste like tea to drive through line went through very quick and the people at the drive to window will Fast and courteous
Women were disrespectful and food came out cold. not even the slightest but of warmth. mothers baconator fries had one tiny piece of bacon and were also cold. definitely don’t recommend if you want food
Need to train the Manager and
workers how to get the orders out faster, especially at the Drive-thru during peak times. A customer shouldn't have to wait in line 45 minutes to get a burger. Wendy's #00001971
The old blond lady that worked the drive through at 12:43 am on 6/23/23 was awful, if the place is out of something just say so don't snap and get mad at customers because they asked for a Vanilla frosty when you said you were out of berry and Chocolate. Why not just day you are out of frosty's instead of going to each one then snapping at people.
I would like to suggest reducing the sugar content in your tea. The food was of exceptional quality, and the staff was very friendly. Please continue to maintain this high level of service.
Clean and friendly service. The cute & very pregnant server behind the counter was friendly and fast with the order. Then she went out and cleaned the dining room. After traveling across the past 2 days and eating at dirty or poorly staffed fast food joints, this was a welcome change. We were impressed. Thanks!
