Updating my rating due to the sad excuse for the sauced nuggs I received. Barely had any BBQ on both orders. Do better.
DO NOT order the chilli, if you ignore this warning you will find yourself eating ground beef soup. This location is very busy and I'm not sure why, the location is terrible traffic wise and the service is quite slow. The chicken nuggets are amazing.
I ordered a combo which included a chicken burger, crisp fresh French fries, a very refreshing soda. The food seemed fresher than normal, very few people inside the restaurant but very relaxing. The lady who attended me did it in Spanish and in a polite and very friendly way, the tables were very clean and the food was cheap, tasty and fast. 5 stars for being fast and efficient as well as friendly 100% recommended, mask is required.
Went here and pulled up to the speaker to order, my boyfriend ordered a plain #1 only cheese, this was met with the lady over the speaker asking about 25 times if that will be only mayo and cheese and about 25 times of my boyfriend responding no just cheese. We then order my food and go to the window. We pay do not get a receipt, was not offered one, only to get home and his burger have literally everything on it. I’m not sure how dumb you have to be to mess up a simple order of a cheese burger but they really wowed me here. Do not go to this Wendy’s unless you want to lose brain cells.
Take out... two different days orders were filled incorrectly. To make matters worse they were cold. I am offically givi g up.
Edited/Updated: Manager walked out to my vehicle just as I was posting my review. Very nice people and insisted that she either refund my money or replace it with anything on the menu. It's not about if there's an issue, it's sometimes about how the issues are dealt with. Would go back there again, I just won't order those sandwiches
Wendy's told me the curdled stuff was cheese after hesitating to tell me what it is on my breakage sandwich. Threw it in the trash
I had 2 coupons, both for $2 off of the 2 breakfast combos I was getting. Nowhere in the fine print does it say that you can only use one coupon during a visit. The lady said I was not allowed to use 2 coupons. I took my coupons back and left without my food. I will be calling corporate.
Better than I expected. Dine in Service was fast and my burger and fries were better than average.
