KB was very polite and did well managing the customers while having only a few people making food. I forgot to mention my order was to go, and it was no issue for him. The workers in the back were working hard well as well. The food was great
Ordered Cinnabons and this is ALL of the icing I get. Not enough to cover the whole top. Both of them looked the same.
I bought lots of boo books for the junior frosty coupons to use for my littles. Now they say they only have salted caramel. Kids do not eat that. Wasted money on these books for no reason. Disappointed
The $1 frosty on their sign is like false advertising as the machine wasn’t even turned on according to workers. That’s okay, the frosty drew us in and we left without ordering anything once we realized it was a bait and switch.
The team doesn’t even serve the food on the menu. Certain foods must be messier or harder to make, because it’s consistent. Lazy team and lazy management.
They were a bit slow to get my food out but that would have been fine if they got my order right.
They should hire more friendly people. Every time I go the customer service is a 0 for me.
The girl working was friendly but the food was absolutely terrible! We waited ten minutes for the meal and the burgers were freezing cold had way too much mayo and ketchup. The chicken sandwich was hard and was also swimming in mayo. I would definitely skip this place unless you enjoy inedible food
