Today not the place to go. Yes it's busy and I have no problem waiting my turn my issue today was the fact I waited in line for almost 20 min and the poor people in front of me no one was being served no orders being taken. Everyone one working was just focusing on drive thru so we walked out to eat somewhere else. I just think people dining in should be just as important at the drive thru.
This the worst wendys i have ever visit. Dirty and flies everywhere, slow service inside restaurant long lines 340pm, outside long drive thru lines. 8 employees with zero guidance they just running in circles. Bathroom is worst 4 out of 5 trash cans filled to the top horrible lost my appetite, burger pink in middle.
I've never really liked Wendy's, but this one is nice. The atmosphere is pretty empty because no one dines in (at least when I've been there). It's great for people who don't like to be social.
The service is great; the food comes out fast, and the employees are nice.
Wendy’s has became horrible!!!! Look at this, this little itty bitty slab of meat and a lettuce wrap that is old and slimy, than the cinnamon toast looks like some bread with a little icing, no flavor and the frost is smaller than my can of pop SMH
Drove out of my way to go to Wendy's. I had to throw out the pop because it was flat and had no time to go ask for it to be fixed. The pub fries were cold and stale but the burger was semi warm. Normally my experience has been good here.
When entering the store, there were already 4 people waiting for their orders to be served. We stood by and watched and waited to be greeted and have our orders taken for over 10 minutes. Id give grace to the workers if they were short staffed, but they had at LEAST 7 workers. My family and I walked out before being helped. We won't be coming back to this location.
Just had the worst meal ever. Worst $11 I've ever spent. I got a grilled chicken RANCH wrap and it had 0 ranch in it. Also the fries were unsalted and bland. Will not be returning.
Probably the worst Wendy's I've gone to. I usually like Wendy's compared to other fast food because things seem fresh (former chef here). At this one, everything seems like it's been sitting too long. Bacon isn't crispy, breakfast potatoes warmish but not hot, etc. Also, the service sucked, at least inside. No one seems to know what to do if someone comes inside and then it's luke warm hostile that you even chose to bother them. Sucks because this is the first time I've lived somewhere with it being right down the street.
