Worse experience at a Wendy’s. I don’t leave feedback often. The employees were rude . They didn’t get the order right to start with. It was obvious they were not paying attention to customers because they were too busy playing. Got our drinks and they had no ice in them. The worse part, employees outside on apparently a smoke break, observed going back in to work without washing their hands. No second chance here.
Any time I come to this location they are always out of something . Then better check your order completely because they always forget to put something in the bag. I should at least drive down the road to McDonald’s at least they do 100 times better
I can definitely tell you that they are s clean inside and the atmosphere make you feel down right at home
I have not learned to avoid this particular Wendy's. It's rare that my order is correct and hot. Tonight it was hot, but not correct. Is so hard to ask for a single, no cheese, light Mayo, light mustard and still expect the veggies to come with it, like in the picture. I ended up with a double, no cheese, light Mayo and mustard. Fries were also hot. That's a plus. But should I have to say give me lettuce, ????, ????, and onions. I am just going somewhere else.
Wendy's has become more of a hood rat type of atmosphere just coming through the drive thru. I hate it now. The other people who used to work there were always so nice. Now there are not so nice people there

Ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato in the drive thru. Got a potato but no sour cream. Called to complain and they said they were out of sour cream, but no one told me that when I ordered or when they gave me a lousy baked potato.
I ordered a Baconator and other items
When I got home I didn't have a Baconator, so I went back to get it and this is what I got.
Not much bacon for a Baconator. I love Wendy's but the people who work at this one are stoned or they don't like white boys or something.
The manager was very dismissive and rude to me for no reason looked me up and down and was very obstinate
