The manager was using gloved hands to fiddle with his phone in between making orders. He tried to hide it beside a box of sani gloves. I'm just glad he put on a new pair before making my order, even though he was too lazy to put it in a to-go bag. They also don't know unsweetened ice tea from sweetened iced tea, nor do they even give the receipt, and they're really rude. My mother is a diabetic, and she doesn't need to die or be put into a coma because you are too stupid to do your jobs. Thank you.
Recently made an order online and it was over 40 minutes before it was done. I had originally sent my son in to do a quick grab and go because we ordered a lot of food and did not want to take up the drive thru line. He waited trying to get to be polite but it wasn’t until I went in that they made any attempt to speed up getting the order done. The manager finally came up after I was waiting for several minutes and loudly was acting like she was highly involved in the store and started complaining about being short staffed but there were around 5 employees just standing around talking amongst themselves ignoring everything else. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this particular location.
Worst experience I’ve had here. I mobile ordered my food, and when I pulled up to the drive through I was only given one of my drinks. I reminded the employee that my order included another drink, to which I was given the wrong size. After I was told to pull forward to wait for fries, I checked my bag to make sure the burger I had ordered had no cheese. Unfortunately, it did have cheese and I had to go inside to ask them to remake it. I was not greeted nor was my complaint handled seriously, and when I finally arrived home and unpacked my food, this is how my own food was handled. The tortilla completely fell apart due to the obvious lack of actual food inside. For 7pm on a Tuesday evening and a completely empty lobby, I’m extremely surprised at the lack of care this restaurant has dwindled to.
The Joplin rangeline Wendy's is amazing. The manager there is awesome, I forgot his name, but he's there all the time after we get off work and always love his fresh food. 10/10 for customer service, 8/10 for breakfast food.
Of a doordasher I can tell you the service is terrible 90% of the time Teresa is the only manager or employee that does anything right as of right now picking up an order for a large Frosty and it looks like this
I decided to go through the drive-thru and pick up a berry Frosty since the small ones are a dollar. It was about 7:30 p.m. in the Drive-Thru was backed up. First time getting the triple Berry Frosty and didn't care for it as much as the chocolate frosty.
Food was hot and fresh! They were busy and all four of the employees worked well together and were busting their butts to serve everyone.
This location is pretty hit and miss with quality.
But we have to give the utmost praise for one of the managers named Larry.
He’s the nicest and respectful person.
He’s so caring and kind when we come into this location for my lunch break.
He also makes it a point to interact with our children and make them feel included, listened to, and cared for.
He always goes above and beyond when we have been there.
Thank you Larry! Your kindness and respect is noticed and appreciated.
