I never get what I order and when I do it's always incredibly old and cold. ???? Literally every single time I come here. I honestly don't know why I keep coming here outside of convenience. I went through once, checked food, nuggets weren't the type I ordered. I went back through, got the right type. Came home. Sandwich was wrong and it was the whole reason I wanted to come here. Fries are not fresh 100% of the time. 90% chance that anything else won't be fresh. Honestly just don't come to this one unless you're on a diet and need to taste old food to not crave it anymore and have it ruin your day so you go home and settle for steamed broccoli.
They just don’t care at this location. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. When I went in to return my order it was another lady in there already returning hers. They serve old, cold food. Even the buns are hard.
This Wendy's is either great or Poor.. Very inconsistent. I have gone and they get things exactly how you ask then other times such as tonight they mess your order up. My personal Opinion is when they put the Dave's Single, Double and Triple all under the Number 1 order they made more difficult to order and for their employees. You have to ask for a specific Sandwich instead of a number. What is the Point to Number your menu if you are going to put multiple sandwiches under the same number. How about adding A, B, and C to the choice? I believe they personally over complicated a simple task..
The Indian guy working the drive thru is stealing customers online order. He’s also the rudest Wendy’s employee I’ve ever met considering it’s my favorite fast food. They need to fire him asap.
The food was good and the price was right. The Very Berry Frosty was great. When I ordered and picked up my food, the server was super friendly. The reason I graded so harshly on the atmosphere was I could hear two of the employees talking when I was eating, and their language was very vulgar. It was so bad I got up and left before I finished eating.
Bad customer service, i heard them speaking badly in Spanish to a customer (me). And a few times i never got the food i asked for and had to go back multiple times to get it, which is a common mistake of course, but the fact it happens to often is Absurd!!! Im not the only one who experienced this, i have friends who made the same claims.
We had a bit of a rocky start but they definitely corrected it. Food was spot on and perfect. Thank you so much.
Buyer beware, don't ever go to this location. I placed a mobile order for breakfast and when i went to pick it up they had obviously not checked to see that they had an outstanding mobile order and had thrown away all of the breakfast food. They refused to return my money to me and said I had to contact the App. I call the Contact number on the App and they tell me they would contact the manager of this location and they would contact me. 2 weeks later I heard NOTHING. I called the manager myself and he refuses to refund my money. I have NOTHING GOOD to say about Wendys!!!!!
