I understand that working in fast food means you don’t get paid enough to care, but when there’s mold in my drink then you’re giving yourself grounds for a lawsuit. I’m not paying to get poisoned. Clean out your drink machines.
I wish I could give it 0 stars but that’s not an option. They gave me a stale burger that had stale cheese and stale patty’s on it and they basically threw it at me through the window( by they I mean this wannabe gangster in the drive thru line) I want my money back
Had problems here but Ms Nita took care of it right away and very nice even if I was up set. Definitely will be coming to this location instead of the others.
Man, I have been to two Wendy's in Shreveport and they both have the same problem. Why is the food always cold? I don't mind waiting extra for my food if it is going to be hot. This particular Wendy's is very comfortable. The seating and dining room is surprisingly spacious and plush. But I don't go to fast food for the ambiance I go for the hot and ready fries. I guess unlike McDonald's if you want ready at Wendy's you have to sacrifice the hot. Every single time I go there my food is cold. Once I had a coupon that you get in the mail for free fries with a order. So when I went to redeem it the lady yelled, "fries from the coupon." So when they were cold I assumed they just give you cold fries from the coupon because why would it matter when calling in the order? But the last few times I paid cash for the fries and they were still all cold and soggy. I used to love Wendy's over McDonald's fries because it tastes like real potatoes. But that was in another state where apparently they put more pride in their food. I won't be going to Wendy's again on my cheat days. I just don't have the money to pay for cold and soggy fries.
Love it! Everything was fabulous, including the staff. The staff had a great energy amongst them, worked well together & were super helpful! That was my fave part! Food was hot n fresh too. When you have a staff that gets along well and there's a great work atmosphere, everything else just falls into place. ????????
Meh, soda machine is usually out of order and the ketchup self service is never filled. If I wanted those little packets I would put my own straight jacket on and check myself into the mental ward of the hospital.
My husband came to order 2 chicken BLT biggie bags. One of the bags were missing a nugget and ALL the fries were cold. Neither of the sandwiches had bacon. We went back to get the order fixed just for the cashier to say the chicken BLT doesn’t come with bacon and we have to pay for it separately to add it. Since when does BLT stand for buy the bacon separately?? Something needs to be done about the terrible customer service from cashiers and them telling customers a BLT doesn’t come with bacon. I will not be visiting this location again.
This location aggravates me. So this is like the 3rd time I've gone to this location to get a large chili with cheese and DICED ONIONS but instead it's SLICED ONIONS. I've reported this to management, they know is is incorrect...A NO NO, but they do it anyway. Management...please correct. Thank you! This is the ONLY location that does this.
