I was sitting in the lobby, eating a salad that I purchased across the street waiting for my friend to arrive so we could eat lunch. I was not bothering anyone. I was very rudely approached by the general manager Denise who asked me to leave. When I told her I was waiting for a friend to have lunch with. And she still asked me to leave in an extremely rude way.
Absolutely terrible customer service from a woman at 6:35am in drive thru. Tan skin, heavier build. My original card wasn’t accepted via the app for some reason, but the app gave me confirmation and a receipt for my order being paid. The woman at drive thru had absolutely abysmal customer service and immediately walked away after me showing her my receipt and confirmation and bank account showing the charge. Offered to pull around and reorder my original order. After doing so there was still absolutely atrocious customer service. Don’t apply for a job if you arent willing to do it at the bare minimum requirements. Will be reaching out soon if my original order isn’t refunded. Not a great experience but food was fine.
The food is usually good, but I was entering the business and one of the cooks was smoking a cigarette a foot from the front door while wearing his apron.... Then went right back in to work

The restaurant is very clean, the ladies room was very clean..,,. everyone was so very friendly!.... So friendly I had to write a review.
Ohhhhh, yeahs....the food was good and the soda machine was cleaned spotless.
What can be better? Warm welcome from friendly people, great food at competitive prices in a clean sanitary dining room isn't too much to ask. That's pride from the people working there. Give them a raise.

it’s the welcoming customer service I love even more from the gentleman who works the first window. Brandon I believe is his name! Absolutely love him!!!
Bathrooms locks do not work! I have been here several times in the last couple months on the way home. No matter what way I turn the lock someone ( who could have been children!) opens the door while I am using the facilities. Please fix this!
The worst Wendy's you will ever go to and it's consistently terrible. I have lived in this area for five years and this place never makes a good chicken sandwich. The chicken is dry, then the bacon is burnt, then they add they tomatoe you ask them to remove. They change employees and nothing changes its an obvious lack of oversight on the part of the upper management. I really enjoy Wendy's occasionally but not like this. This food went straight to the garbage. Look at that tiny piece of chicken covered in burnt bacon, I cant believe they have the audacity to sell their product like that.
