Wrong order given at take out window, no receipt, two different amounts charged for the order. $7 and $30. I tried calling. No answer. These pics are not what was ordered but what I got.
We went thru the drive through after placing a mobile order and were told they couldn't see mobile orders and to come inside. The line was 3 or 4 people deep. The person on the register kept leaving to help expedite the orders. The line was almost to the door when we left.
I went there on Monday and grabbed a salad for lunch to take to work. I get to work and find this. Slimy old brown lettuce. It smelled awful. I had to trash the entire thing. I tired 3 times to call with no answer. Reached out to Wendy’s directly with no response. Please check your food if you go here. This could have made me very sick!
Honestly, my favorite Wendy’s . Probably the best one I’ve been to. I have two, maybe 3 Wendy’s closer to where I live, but this one is by far the best. It’s way cleaner and the staff is more friendly and more efficient than any other Wendy’s that I’ve been to.. They are doing things right here at the North East Wendy’s.
Terrible experience. I’ve been working all day and I wanted something quick to eat. Every single employee was vaping and the manager sat there and did nothing about it. On top of that they got my order wrong. I asked for 20pc BUFFALO saucy nuggets and I got barbecue sauce instead, and the nuggets weren’t even covered with the sauce. If I wanted chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce barely covering them I would’ve asked for that, but the employees were too high to complete a simple task. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Everyone working at this establishment deserves to be fired immediately.
I placed a mobile order well over an hour before the drive thru closed. When I get there the person taking orders said that the register crashed and to pull around again in 5 minute- so I did. I sat the mic waiting to be helped for over 10 minutes- at which that point I moved up to the window- where both of the employees inside walked back to the window multiple times- clearly looking at me- and than walking away- after sitting there for 25 minutes I got out of my car and opened the window and asked if someone was going to help me or give me a refund for my order since they clearly weren’t up for working tonight. It was completely unprofessional- yes I know it’s a fast food joint- either way. Train your staff better- maybe don’t hire prick little teenagers who don’t want to actually do their job. Don’t advertise that your drive thru is open until 12am everyday if your workers are really going to use a lame excuse of the registers not working when in reality they just don’t want to work. Maybe they shouldn’t be paid since they weren’t really working anyways - absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had from any fast food joint- which says a lot because McDonalds service is trash.
The line long service slow but good hot and delicious. The new burger w mushrooms are amazing ????.
I NEVER FEEL THE NEED TO REVIEW BUT 0 stars IF I COULD. The lemonade was ALCOHOLIC it was SO fermented. My frosty was sour. AND MY PATTY WAS Disgusting!!! Idk if pictures would even describe but it is so hard and thin- not even edible. Everything about my order was gross and wrong. My frosty I’m not even touching because it’s sour. So very very disappointed- and sick. 9 months pregnant, I think 1 sip of the lemonade gave me a head rush and definitely came RIGHT back up. Nasty. Had to swing around cuz some of the order was wrong, oh and shocker I didn’t get a receipt(figures). I want all of my money back and never to return. Ive worked in kitchens for years, I expect people to play around a little at night but fully staffed sitting in front of the window on phones, not washing hands before returning to stations, playing around.. yall - DO!! BETTER!!!! Ew. For that lemonade to be that bad it has to be seriously seriously neglected.
