I said no tomatoes for my sons sandwich bc he is allergic not only did the lady over the phone swore her sandwich maker never makes any mistakes she lied and said the back of the receipt said there are no refunds . I would kindly like my money back at this point I don’t even trust getting another sandwich . I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for some time periodically. I’m out. It absolutely sucks. No one has ever thanked me for my order, these young punks act like they are doing their customers a favor. I ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and a fry. One of them was completely room temperate and had a stale bun that tasted like it was sitting for a day or two in the open air.

All fast food locations are not equal and the north ave. Wendy’s is exceptional. My order was served quickly and accurately, the food was fresh and one of the best Wendy’s meals I’ve had in a long time. The store was very clean and neat, I would drive definitely past the Roosevelt rd. Store to get to the north ave store.
If I could give this Wendy's 0 stars I would. I was sent here for a Doordash order. It is 12:06am. This location claims to be open until 1am. They had a delivery truck blocking the drive-thru. I walked up to the doors and tried to get someone's attention, they ignored me. I find another way to the drive-thru window. The employee is standing there...I honked at least 10 times. She pretended she didn't hear me. But is laughing.. Another man walks up. These people are incapable of eye contact or something. I'm holding my doordash bag up trying to explain through closed windows that I was sent here to pick up an order. All I get is a "nope" gesture and then they begun laughing and bad-mouthing me in Spanish as if I don't speak Spanish when I'm just trying to do my job.... terrible customer service. Terrible employees. The worst. 0/1000 STARS. THANKS
