am not surprised by all of the average reviews on here. We had a long day and were hungry. We thought we would be safe ordering a chicken classic sandwich. We decided to split it because of our diets. Thank goodness because it really didn't taste good to me, like 3 days old oil was used to cook with. The fries were so-so. It did not taste like the Wendy's Classic Chicken sandwich of a couple of years ago.
The service was ok and the cashier was nice. The ambiance is casual as we went thru the drive-thru. It was pouring rain, and we were anxious to get home.
Today they got wrong my order she opened the window and I explain that I want a sandwich with fries and. Frosty as a drink. And I got a coupon for another Frosty. Free. Manager came. Not even a minute after and. She was super cool. She asked me what the order was and she fixed it right away. I am so happy for how she handled the situation I don't remember her name. We need more people like her. . Thank you. I wish that store was closer to me . I will go one day to thank you in person..
I didn't even make a purchase at this like Wendy's. I went in to use my Wendy's rewards and offers. When I went to the counter it did not work. The staff told me that it must be my phone. I downloaded the app again after uninstalling it and it still didn't work. Wendy's rewards program never works.

• Left mic on during side conversation—not interested in hearing.
• Demanded repeatedly to back up—to alter metrics.
• No coke— lol
• No change, a lie.. Just sit & stare.
• No receipt.
* Irately holds up receipt printer equipment & offers a different orders receipt (weird).
Another dumb lie... A nice calm lady calmly tries to step-in & says "park I'll bring you a receipt", yet he puts out his arms to block her.
• Simply wanted crazy guys name documented on receipt aka a liability to Wendy's
• What's your name [sir]?
"Take a pictire".
* No. Who wants your picture? A description is enough.
• There's more inappropriate action to list... Don't care to take the time to.
This order wasn't for me, but heard it was cold trash.

Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. And I have been to quite a few. Everything was cold (we ate inside, so not a minute from serving), the bread tasted like old cardboard (go there, try it, you will see, it is not an exaggeration). The fries were cold. No napkins. No ketchup. I asked for ketchup in a packet maybe, nope, no ketchup. Still paid full price. Me and the person at the counter were unable to communicate in basic English. We left with $25 of food in the bin. So sad, and what a nasty place. Skip this one. There is nobody inside, you’ll see when you get here, for a reason.
It is always something at this location. Food is never ready, no matter how far in advance you order. The other day, they told me they had nothing but 4 for 4s. Why couldn't they use the meat from the 4 for 4s for something else? Seems like they just did not want to make anything besides the simple deal. Such a shame. The other location in the area has great service.
The customer service was terrible. I ordered a 4 for 4 double stack meal without pickles. When I got my food, I was expecting fresh food. The only item that was fresh in my bag were the fries. After taking the semi-hard bun off my sandwich, I noticed this white residue on my sandwich. What is this and I'm not going to believe mayo because this sandwich doesn't come with that.
Customer service isn’t good people are rude and don’t use manners at all no good customer service plus when I was eating my food I saw a roach on the napkin. I use to work there years ago and they always had roaches but I just though since it’s new owners maybe it gotten taken care of never going here again threw everything away now I have to clean my car out.
