Out of all the Wendy's in Vancouver, we've been to 6 of the 8 locations and this is the best one! Great, central location next to Costco and Home Depot right off the freeway. Samuel was very friendly and eager to help make our situation right. We were trying to order from the app and it kept glitching. He honored our reward deal anyway, no problem at all. You can tell he cares about this location!
The dining room is very clean including the restrooms. Nice soft music playing. A TV to watch and fireplace. Lots of seating. Good hours. Good is always satisfactory or they replace it!
Came here to get a quick snack for a toddler. Place is sad. Customers talking with food in their mouth and chewing with their mouths open. There was a spilled drink on the floor and no one cleaned it up, just put a sign on it to warn you it was there. Half an hour and it was still there when we left. Walls, floor, doors and windows are dirty. Staff prepping food with long hair and no hair nets. Only one cashier and they were nice but very slow. Spent most of their time trying to upsell instead of just taking order.
The entire restaurant was filthy dirty. Spills by the soda machines, all tables and serving counters were dirty, and the floors looked like they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in months. There were only about 6 customers in the place and a lot of standing around behind the counters by the staff was going on.
I love the food at Wendy’s but am disappointed when I go there to get chili and they tell me that it hasn’t been prepared yet. I’ve had this happen about three times in maybe six months at this location.
If it’s on the menu it should be available.
A previous visit had me questioning the burger I ordered. There was what I thought to be a taste of dishwashing fluid. It had a lot of mustard so I thought nothing more of it. Last visit on friday food was fine, but got sick for the whole weekend. The girl who prepared my burger, I don't think she changed her gloves after washing dirty trays. Needless to say, there won't be a third chance after a long weekend spoiled.

Friendly, Fast, Accurate, Fresh, Clean and In Stock - The things I expect when patronizing any business establishment whether to eat, buy tools or furniture, get medical care or any other reason. This Wendy's felt like the standard to which all stores worldwide should be evaluated.
I ordered a combo meal through the app. Every item was customized or had specific features greatly reducing the likelihood that my order would be accurate or timely. Wendy's support for making changes to my items is one of the big reasons it has no competition as my preferred fast food. Light mayo, extra lettuce, extra tomato, the largest soda: peach flavored mellow yellow zero sugar and a medium size fry along with free chicken nuggets for using mobile ordering. All 110% accurate. Yes, an extra 10% for giving me 3 pieces of lettuce and 3 slices of tomato compared to the standard 1 of each or the usual 2 I normally find when asking for extra.
I submitted my order in their parking lot (it's a busy store and the drive through line was way too popular). By the time I locked my car and approached the counter my order was nearly complete. The fries were so fresh i had to let them cool a bit and everything was correct the first time. I chose my table based on sight lines (it's a military thing) not on cleanliness as every table and customer area I checked was spotless. Even the most common disaster areas (the Coke Freestyle machines and the condiment/utensil table) were fully stocked and clean. I chose Wendy's in my travels today specifically for it's beverage selection. Every flavor and soda was working. I enjoy switching and mixing diet sodas for my refills
I have only 2 improvements. First, my ongoing Frosty challenge. They need to dispense colder, more frozen, so it's not half thawed by the time I finish eating. They used to come out thick, more like soft serve ice cream and less like milk. The 2nd improvement would be regarding cloning. This is my first trip to the Northwest. I've lived in Utah for the past couple of years and frankly it's a long drive from Salt Lake to Vancouver. If Wendy's could clone this store, it's employees and management for distribution it would make it a lot easier to enjoy this impressive and refreshing experience.
I went and got a burger, the patty was partially burned and it was infused with so much salt that it rendered it inedible. Don’t go to this Wendy’s, it sucks. The other ones nearby are much better.
Always great for a late night snack. Famous Dave's single and a few fries. Nothing better. A ranch wrap with actual ranch dressing in it would be pretty good too.
