Expectation vs reality. Service was good but promotions sucks. Not worth $12. Mr Krabs don’t approved
I ordered nuggets, burgers, fries, and drinks. Only thing that was good were the drinks. The food was cold, the fries were skimpy, and the burgers were disgusting. We didn't even finish the food. I used to love Wendy's in Bastrop but I do believe after these last few visits that I will have to scratch it off my lunch list ????. It's sad but we now pay more money for less quality and Wendy's has definitely gone way down in quality!!!
I don’t like that as soon as you pay they immediately tell you to pull up & wait for your food to be brought to your car. Even when there’s nobody else in the line, you have to pull up. I personally like to be able to see what’s going on w/ my food. I really wish that these “fast food” restaurants would get rid of timing orders if they’re going to allow the employees to get around the actual time by making customers pull up &/or park & wait on their food. They do this even when the food isn’t being made fresh to order
Hamburger patty, and bacon on the baconator were under cooked, and I got sick from the burger. Even my nieces both did not care for their burger. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the lemonade we ordered were really good, and so were the fries, even tho I couldn't finish them because the burger made me sick!!
Cashier was awful. Wouldn't raise his head to speak to us and we couldn't hear him we asked him to look at us and speak up. He didn't. He barely spoke English. As expected our order was wrong. Horrible experience for a $50.00 lunch.
Not that many fries in the box, and they were cold and under salted to boot. Ordered no tomato on my burger, they put tomato on it. Paid six dollars cash and was not given any change so I had to go back up and remind her to give me my change. Ooh and the chicken nuggets were cold. Ooh and the bathroom floor was sticky from bodily fluid overspray. Ooh and one more thing, the sweet tea was not made and there was water all over the floor in the lobby in front of the drink station.
I got my food very quick!! I was the only one in drive threw! Not sure how many people were inside!! Not too many!! Fries were the worst ever!! They needed to be thrown away and fresh made!! That’s why my order was super quick!! Burger was alright!! No complaints on that!!
Someone from corporate has to take a look and why this Wendy's constantly gets orders wrong and their service is very slow. Condiments and ice machine are rarely filled. Food comes out cold because of all the mess ups.
