I ordered on the app while I was at work for the deals, I go to pick it up and they had my food ready as soon as I got to the window, it was cold and soggy like it’s been sitting for an hour. I’ve ordered from the app at that same store before and they have never made it at time of ordering, they make it when you pull up. It was disgusting, and the chicken sandwich I got literally had nothing on it (photo) for no reason? Done with Wendy’s. Sad day… also their nuggets have a funky fish taste. it’s a problem. I’d recommend avoiding this place
Employees do not know what cheese is on new mushroom burger, and no the garlic sauce IS NOT CHEESE... no revamped taco salad. Drive thru speaker was so loud I went to taco bell with my ears bleeding... get it together Wendy's, never been this bad before.
This location was not very clean. Had trash stuffed between the cushions of the booths. The floors were dry, but very slick, like they used oil to mop. The tables felt slick also. Hope nobody falls.
never in my life have i experienced this type of disrespect before at a place, and i never am the one to complain or write bad reviews being someone who works in fast food, but i was waiting to use the bathroom for a good 15 minutes and when i had gotten done using it i was told by my bestfriend the workers were talking shit about me for being a PAYING customer using the bathroom ???? maybe if one of your coworkers wasn’t just in there scrolling on their phone more people would have been in and out ☺️
Absolutely terrible.
No one understands basic instructions here. Ordered my food and had to repeat myself multiple times for cashier to understand that I didn't want to have a spicy sandwich. When I thought everything was correct.
Got home and was divvying up food to my family every item was incorrect.
Haven't been to Wendy's in years and I don't plan on returning now.
As positive as the service was I ordered a taco salad the lettuce was SUPER wilted and the tomato had mold on it... I'll stick to making my salad at home for now on
The girl that trayed our food put the fries on the tray upside down dumping them all over the tray. She did not offer to even pick them up from the tray and put them back in the cardboard container. She sat our drinks down on the counter for me to pick up but nocked one over into my hand spilling some of it. Ketchup container for customers was empty, asked for some at the counter and they said they were out. Fries were cold and sandwich not much warmer. Drink machine was not working and was leaking all over the floor. Women's restroom is out of order and then men's had no soap.
My grandson and I stopped in for a bite on a Saturday afternoon. The crew was friendly and quick with our order. My grandson loves Wendy's chicken nuggets and fries. I enjoy their burgers. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh! He wants to go back, so we shall!
