Admittedly, I have not yet gone inside this location but always go through drive through and have had a fine time doing so. Because the marketing is on point, today, I just had to have some of those crispy fries because of the "high fries" commercial with the kid running around giving high fives. It made me giggle so away I went to get fries and chili. While most people dip the fries in the frosty, if you haven't dipped them in chili yet, you're missing out! Just the right amount of crisp with those yummy chill spices makes me happy! They have 2 order stations but I've only ever seen one drive through order station open at any given time. Same with the windows. 2 windows but they only seem to ever use one. I'm not sure that opening the second order station or second window would speed things up at all but, but it's just an observation on my part.
Breakfast sandwich was fresh but then my potatoes that were just above room temperature sat bagged waiting since it took 25 minutes from the time I paid (right when I pulled to 2nd window) until I got my food. Several cars behind me drove off and nobody was inside. It was well over a half hour or so after their open time, must be a slow day.
Had to deal with an unbelievably rude employee. Stay away from the old lady with too much lipstick. Absolute horror show
The saucy nuggets lacked sauce. They literally didn't put the sauce on it.
Very inconsistent quality. When it's good it's mediocre but when it's bad it's really bad
Stopped here at about 7pm Saturday evening. Stood at the counter, and stood at the counter and stood at the counter only to be ignored. I was the only person at the counter and one person was using the kiosk. Two other customers at a table and a couple cars in the drive through. Seemed to be well staffed. I'm a patient person so for me to reach my limit is unusual but I did and left. Wont be back.
Has to be the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. Kids on drive thru just screw around with different voices...been here twice this week....just a big joke I guess. Waiting 25 min with 2 cars ahead of me is terrible.
I used to love Wendy's, but the cost of their food is no longer worth it. I ordered a salad. There used to be a two size option. No longer.
I paid over $9 for a tiny, poor quality side salad size salad. It was like what you get before your meal at a banquet. It was so tiny.
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
We went inside for breakfast. We waited 20 minutes, they called our name but only gave us one drink cup and told us to keep waiting. Another 20 minutes later they "mysteriously lost our order". We were not offered any help or compensation for our wait. When I asked for a refund, she only gave me a partial refund saying we had gotten a drink cup. Other people had been waiting for over an hour. I am ABSOLUTELY APPALLED this management.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I am not normally a person who writes reviews.But I felt that I needed to express How I felt.I have been to this Wendy's a couple of times now.And every time they have messed app something on my order.Yesterday I ordered chili cheese fries and they forgot the chili on them and I ordered those again for today because they are comfort food for me and they did not put too much chili on them.So that is very upsetting for me.And in my opinion, they have messed app multiple on my order.So I feel like it's not that great
