My boyfriend and I ordered through the app. I didn’t know what I wanted and he told me the BLT chicken sandwich was one of his favorites so we grabbed a couple. I don’t think you can slap a piece of bacon on a chicken sandwich and call it a BLT. The portion sizes are ridiculous. I just got the sandwich because I was expecting the size of it to compare to other crispy chicken sandwiches from other fast food places but the size compares more to a McChicken. Also the girl at the window was super short with us and rushed us away even though they were not busy at all.
Absolutely amazing. The last couple of time we have been to a Wendy's they have really impressed us with food quality, service,and atmosphere. Recently went to the Wendy's with the family in Derby,KS. It was as expected a 5 star experience. Thanks to the employees who made that happen for us. Definitely would recommend and we will be back.
Ordered through drive thru around 10 pm. The girl at the window was pretty, very friendly. She was also patient with me my card declined and i checked my account real quick and I told her I’ll try again but instead I was able to pay with Apple Pay with the same card and it went through. I ordered a cheese burger the meat was not warm it seemed like it was made hours ago and it was pulled off another burger and put on a new bun. I’ve had a long day I’m usually in bed by 9. This is a reminder good food is during daytime hours only. And stick to my usual chili with cheese and onions lol
Wendy’s is my favorite fast food places- this one does Wendy’s an injustice. The remodel may make the place look nice, but their lack of quality in their work really sucks. If you’re going to go, go into the restaurant so you can get your food fixed because 8/10 times they WILL mess up your food/order in some way or form.
Newly remodeled location, but that's where the positivity ends. Cannot ever get orders correct. The sandwich pictured was requested with cheese and mustard ONLY. It had the cheese, but NO mustard. Fries were unfortunately substandard also. Employees are nice, but are unfortunately not attentive. Such as shame.????
9-9-2023 the store has reopened and they still can’t put the burger on the bun. My nuggets tasted old and dried out. I ordered a medium frosty and they gave me what I thought was a small. They insisted it was a medium. I asked for my receipt and instead of handing it to me they put it in the bag with the greasy fries.
Had Wendy's 10 piece nuggets and a pineapple ???? mango ???? Frosty ????. All was good. Hubby had a single pattie burger ????. He states it was very good.
Quite possibly the slowest place I've ever been. Prior to the remodel, I had issues not receiving the correct items, LONG wait times, constantly having to go inside for the right things. After the remodel I gave it another shot hoping the store would gain a boost in productivity with new kitchen items! The first 2 or 3 times I went, everything seemed to run smooth. After that, it seems to have gone straight back to the earlier issues. I am hoping this store can get it together because the quality of food is MUCH better than McDonalds, but how much of my sanity can I lose on each visit?!
