Above average compared to other ones I have been to. Pretty quick service and relatively clean. It’s a fast food joint, so my expectations are generally not that high.
While eating, we watched the manager leave the kitchen area and walk around the seating area, asking customers about their food. We have never witnessed this remarkable behavior anywhere in the world! In addition, the landscaping was immaculate!!
I should start off by saying I'm local to this Wendy's, so this has been my experience the last several visits to this location...
The food is good, it's Wendy's, you know what you're getting, not bad for fast food.
The problem with this location is that the service has tanked over the last few months and seems to get worse by the week.
No matter what time of day, you need to plan on 10+ minutes from the time you order until you get your food (tip: use the mobile app because the 10+ minutes is timed from the time you place your order, today we waited 11 minutes)
They have a new trick they are using here. They stop taking orders until they get caught up because they don't want the system to show how long everybody is waiting.
This was a quality Wendy's a few months ago. Not so anymore...
Hopefully they get their act together soon!
No, someone who personally works. There was taken advantage of treated poorly, but yet they have an employee that put their hands on another employee and fire the one that didn’t do anything plus, the fact they have an employee that sleeps in his car in the parking lot and along withthey don’t even pay attention to orders I work for Autozone last week. I went through drive-through to get something for breakfast and they ended up charging me for the car behind me. I would not recommend going to this place of business.
Stopped for a quick bite to eat while traveling. The service was really good. Food was fresh and hot, but just your typical fast food. The dining room and bathrooms were clean. It's an easy place to stop right off the highway.
Every single time I go, something on my order is wrong. I don’t have time, since I go before an appointment, to go back through the drive through to get it fixed. They’re not anything extra I’m even asking for. A fork for my baked potato? A straw for my soda? Sauces? Very discouraging, I’ll just go to KFC or Taco Bell when they open.
It's Wendy's there's not much more I can say. Always love Dave's burgers. Went through the drive through and seemed to take a little longer than expected.
The food was kind of meh but the cleanliness & speed of service was a step above other Wendy's I've been to!
