The RUDEST employees I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Good luck ordering your food without getting cut off mid sentence with “anything else?!” And literal sighs in between you ordering. Employees will legit yell at you at the window and call you inappropriate names to their coworkers at the window like you can’t hear them. Also just be aware your food specifically nuggets and fries will be stone cold. Don’t bother calling in to complain because they do not care. Honestly visit at your own risk.
Just went today and recieved an order that was completely wrong and missing a part of the order than what I asked and paid for. Wrong sandwiches, wrong size and missing fries. This is despite checking at the pick-up window with the individual that took the order.
Drove through the drive-thru at 8:15 PM on a Saturday (they close at 2:00AM); they said that they're only taking online & DoorDash orders. The lobby was also locked, with employees visibly hanging out inside and standing around while eating food. The employees were also not wearing Wendy's uniforms, just casual clothes & Wendy's visors.
I tried placing an online order through the Wendy's website, but I kept getting an error when adding anything to the cart. I switched to DoorDash and placed an order for pickup. Pulled through the drive thru again at my DoorDash pickup time (12 minutes later) and then waited an additional 4 minutes in the pickup area before I was briskly told that they didn't have any orders under my name in their DoorDash queue and "have a good night."
I left without any food, and then had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with DoorDash to get a refund. Going here was a complete waste of time. Please go anywhere else. There's a Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, and McDonald's across the street that are probably way better. Even the Arby's would be a preferable choice.
This was mine and my friends third of three attempts to get the Crabby Patty meal on 10/12/24 at about 9:15PM. We tried to go inside, and although there was a sign on the door that said the lobby closed at 10PM, the doors were locked. Even an employee on break has to be let in. So we pull into the drive thru. When asked for our order, my friend said "We just want the Crabby Patty meal." Of course, we were told that they were out of vanilla Frosty, so we couldn't get the pineapple (Under the Sea) Frosty. At this point, we didn't care. We settled for chocolate Frosties, got our food, parked and were sadly disappointed in the Crabby Patty. It's basically a single with cheese and a special sauce that wasn't good. It wasn't bad, but definitely not good.
Was told in the drive thru they was in a "shift change, come in for service", which is apparently code for no one showed up. Only 2 people there, with one poor guy doing all the work. Wish I got a name, because he nailed the order, but felt bad for the poor guy. Does defeat the purpose of a drive thru tho. Get this great guy some help. Heck, let him train them, clearly he knows what's up.

Very unprofessional, Rude , and very slow with there ordering process. I had a man tell me thru the speaker “bullshit” when I said to my wife in the car “ this is taking forever, they laughed and giggled and played around inside dropping drinks . There was loud music in the background. I did not eat the food sadly went over to McDonalds. VERY POOR SERVICE HERE!!
I had the absolute best experience today when I dined in! Gary is super sweet and gives the best customer service I have had in a very long time! Thank you for making my lunch awesome!
