The manager is a joke made us wait 10 m just to order because they lazy , then waited 20 , m for our food wasn’t even a car in lane then had to pull up and get our door ,very rude lady manager hopefully she didn’t spit on or food, if this was my company she be fired I think she made us wait so long because she is misserble having to work her job so sad I thought Monroe was a nice place, I bet you this place loses more money than it makes, one the workers is high knodded out
In the 3 years I've been living in this area, I've never had a good / easy time here. Despite trying to space the visits out with months in between to see if maybe a staff switch will help. I've worked in customer service for 10 years, so I'm always polite and patient because I get it. But no matter what, something goes wrong. Either the staff I meet is rude, the food is wrong and / or gross / cold, they forget they parked you or someone else and the line (whether it's 1 car or 10) takes 12 years to get through. I have never spent less than 30 minutes in the drive thru no matter what time of day or what day of the week it is. I've tried to understand time and time again the difficulties any restaurant may have, low staffing / improper equipment / bad days.. and I just can't excuse consistent problems anymore. It's a shame that it's the only location in this area. A lot of the fast food places over here aren't worth anything either but this Wendy's is the absolute worst for it.
Came at 9am on a Sunday. They didn’t have registers open or coffee. Three breakfast sandwiches took 20min to make. Food was all cold, cheese not melted, biscuits very stale. Employees not on proper coverings such as gloves hair net and one employee was just in her regular clothes, nothing uniform. For your own health, do not go here.
On our way to KI for Haunt, and wife wanted to stop for Wendy's for dinner. Showed up and Paul the Manager on duty made sure everything was perfect. Better experience than some sit-down restaurants. Would come back again!
Unfortunately, there was only one staff member running the entire restaurant. He was very kind, but I had placed a mobile order before even arriving and still waited at least 30 minutes in the drive through to actually get my food. My meal wasn't even hot.
This is not a reflection on the single employee at all, but on management.
I usually don’t write these and I understand what to expect with fast food. But not very pleased today. They took 10 minutes to give me my order and they got it wrong.
The burger was soggy, they gave me a small kids fry instead of a medium, the gave me a 4 piece nugget instead of a 6, and they forgot my drink. I had to park on side so I forgot about the drink so maybe I’m just as bad as they are.
I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience I just had at this Wendy’s was the most awful customer experience I have ever had at a Fast Food location.
One car was at the window as I was ordering, I was put on hold at the mic for 5 minutes to finally be greeted and asked for my order. I ordered a 4pc Spicy Honey BBQ Saucy Nuggs, a 6pc Regular Nugg, and a large fry. Tried to order a Chocolate frosty, didn’t have the chocolate, I asked for a vanilla, didn’t have the vanilla. I asked the lady, “do have any frosties” answer to that after me trying to get some sort of resolution was a berry variant. Decided not to go with that. So 10 total nuggets and a large fry, pretty standard for a fast food joint.
Pulled up to the window, was eagerly waiting to take my credit card. Sat there for approximately 10 minutes waiting, then the lady comes back to tell me to move up, said the fries had 1 minute and the nugs had 3 minutes. Parked in the location I was told, waited another 10 minutes. Went inside because I thought they may have forgot about me. Waited at the register for a good 5-10 minutes before some acknowledged me. Once acknowledge, grabbed my food that had been sitting there the entire time.
No apology for the 30 minute wait on a 10$ order. Nothing, at all.
I will not be going to this location again, management needs to step in and make changes or this location needs to be closed.

I am not sure what has happened to this Wendy’s in the last few months but I will not be back. I went twice a couple months ago and both times waited a horribly long time with only a couple cars in front of me. I thought maybe there was new staff and that they should have everything flowing better by now so tonight I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up in the drive thru. After sitting for 12 minutes behind ONE truck at the speaker, I finally was able to tell them I was there for my order. I pulled up and they asked me to go park in a parking spot to wait for it. I sat there for ANOTHER 13 minutes waiting for my $17 order (with only one car in front of me and one car behind me). When I got my food my son’s 10 piece nugget only had 7 nuggets and the burger I ordered with ADDED condiments ONLY had those condiments and they left off everything else that typically comes on the burger (lettuce, mayo, etc). Not only that, but none of the food was hot. There was no way in hell I was going to go back through that line again and wait another 25 minutes for them to fix their mistakes so we just dealt with it. Worst drive thru experience I have ever had. 0/10 do not recommend ????
