Best WLM Reviews

We always praise how good Wendy's breakfast is. Today at this Wendy's we were very disappointed. Usually I get a number 7 and the sausage patty is big thick, but this was 1/3 the thickness, the egg was overcooked and rubbery, half the bacon was not even on the sandwich. My girlfriend's sandwich was also disappointing.
Legit had a raw chicken sandwich delivered through door dash. Ended up calling the store they hung up on me. I go into the store and the store manager says she's too busy to help and it's dopr dash problem
I brought the sandwich back i didn't want a refund I just wanted my food properly made and instead was giving a frosty and told me they didn't know corporates phone number. A random employee heard everything and gave me the number so I left. This is where I'm at. This just happened
THIS IS LESS THAN BARE MINIMUM CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️‼️
- The fry container was less than halfway full.
- A 10 piece chicken nugget was ordered and the bag was purely BBQ sauce packets. There were 10. 10 BBQs. For ONE 10 piece nugget. Due to the fact of the bag being full of them, 3 of them broke open.
- 99% sure the fries missing from said container were put into my “Baconator” fries. Which were nothing but. Quite literally a giant stack of fries that have strips of bacon on top and NO. CHEESE. I’ve never had such a MASSIVE pile of fries, let alone ONLY bacon on top of them. Sometimes the cheese isn’t even melted, but, this time there wasn’t even cheese on the fries except one little tiny tiny dab.
- The drinks weren’t placed into the carrier, just sat on top. The lids were not placed on correctly, and the drinks leaked and spilled in the car.
- The drink carrier was so soggy from the spillage that by the time I got to the door, it snapped in half and 2 out of 3 drinks went EVERYWHERE on my porch.
- Worker approached my family members car once she pulled forward and greeted her with, “Hey, old timer.” She replied, “Excuse me?” To which he said, “How’s it going, grandma?” She told him she did not know him.
I’m going to be so straightforward when I say there is no way someone was not on some sort of mind altering substance while working between 11PM and 12AM tonight on 12/19/24.
My family member works during the day and has been stopping at Wendy’s once in awhile when she gets off after 11PM majority of the year. Past experiences were heavenly. They ALWAYS made the food as fresh as they could, warm, and correctly. This location closes at 12AM. My family member stated they were all younger and she arrived home at 11:47PM. We live about 15 minutes out. Firstly, she ordered Baconator Fries and got cut off with “Your total will be…”. When she said she wasn’t finished, she was told she would have to wait 15 minutes for the food, putting her at the location between 11PM and 11:30PM. She stated at the speaker she didn’t mind waiting. There is no reason that ANY of this mess should have happened and it’s not even bare minimum service. If the workers cannot handle the night shift, they should reconsider their job. If I could post the photo of my baconator fries, I would. I haven’t even looked at the burger yet, and I’m scared to even eat it at this point if I’m being honest.
The dining room felt like it was the temperature of a morgue. Food was not much warmer than room temp. All the options on the soda machine were unavailable except a select few zero sugar options. Had a customer that was asking for beer money. The bathroom was a crisp 85 degrees and smelt like bad weed
The cashier with red hair and soft neon green headphones had attitude with me when I came in for a drive thru order when they were super busy. So I went in to not hold up a bigger line .
When I came in the cashier at the time had headphones in when i was talking to her so she didn’t even hear my name correctly when speaking with her. She was rude from start to finish. She apologized for speed of service but that wasn’t even the problem.
I asked for a sauce for a meal I had and she denied me the sauce I wanted bc it would be an up charge from what I asked for originally when they didn’t have what I asked for on hand.
If she knew that the sauce wasn’t available at the time of checking out my order why didn’t she tell me.
So she didn’t give me what I asked for and told me “no” to a substitute item when I asked her for a substitute. If she was the manager they need a new one and if she was a teammate she needs to be demoted or retrained.
My order was not taken correctly and I asked the manager if she can remake the order and I pay the difference. She rudely refused and stated she was understaffed and making other orders. I've worked in fast food and was always told to remake an order even if the customer doesn't offer to pay the difference, but I did and this is unacceptable.
I've been to quite a few Wendy's lately. This one is on point. The service was excellent - the cashier was friendly and helpful and kept track of all the orders. The food was fast, hot and fresh... which seems obvious, but compared to other locations, this one is ☆☆☆☆. 4 out of 4 would recommend.
We ordered a maple bacon chicken and a breakfast baconator. The service was fast but the food wasn't made well. We're originally from Michigan and haven't had issues with the food from the Wendy's up there. All of the maple was on just the last bite of chicken. Like they just sloshed it on quick with absolutely no thought. The baconator had like no meat on it, and the egg was overcooked. Potatoes were fine, but that was sadly probably the best part of the meal.
