The food was good quality as usual.. We stopped around 2 pm. Friendly service, Dr. Pepper was really good, not losing its fizz. My only complaint is that I wished the food was hotter. Wendy's is one of my favorite places to eat when traveling.
Their food isn't bad and the service isn't the worst. But every single time we order for delivery, there is always something missing. I just ordered two meals, one containing a chicken sandwich, which we never got. It is so frustrating being hungry but not having your food. It's not thy dashers, because we only ever have this problem with Wendy's. Their management needs to do a better job at training their employees
Had a pick up order, Omar yelled at me and said i couldn't pick my order up through the drive thru. I didn’t even ask for a manager, before I could even respond he yelled his name is Omar and he is the manager then walked away. This obviously isn’t the first time he has spoken to a customer this way seeing that he was quick to yell his name and job title. Very Rude and I will not be back to this location.
We just TRIED to dine in at this location. We got our order after about 15 minutes (5 sandwiches and fries). Nothing was even warm, nor was the cheese melted. Let alone they gave us the wrong sandwich for one of them (entirely wrong ingredients). We asked for them to be remade. They were remade after another 15 or so minutes. They made an entire order ahead of us (a remake as well). And their order and our order (again) was cold. We finally asked for a refund as it seems they cant even toast a bun let alone have hot food. They tired to refuse our refund on the fries since we had eaten a couple (maybe 5 fries in total, as the top few were warm but the lower ones were just plain cold). Will not be coming back to this location whatsoever.
2pm Thursday-
Lady at the driveway barely said anything to me, barely loud enough for me to even hear and didn't suggest anything to go along with my salad. I'm so used to that courtesy being done that congrats to this location it's the first time I realized a salad didn't come with a drink. So I had to eat much lunch with no drink, thanks.
Lady didn't say a word to me at the window either, to my money, gave me the salad and closed the window.
I get you hate your job but don't make that my problem. Really rubbed me a bad way.
Good Wendy’s. Good service, but the floor was very sticky and it did not smell good. Perhaps the mop head needs replaced. I’ll return through the drive-through. Great salad!
Update 9/13/18: very clean in and out. Smells great, same great service. Great salad again.
Worst place to eat. Staff is so rude and disrespectful. I came here just because it was the closest Wendy’s. Never coming back
Completely unsatisfied. Omar was very rude and dismissive. According to Omar more than one hot sauce packet is extra $$. He rolled his eyes when asked for the sauce and grunted. It’s obvious Omar doesn’t enjoy his job or being in a customer facing position. Which brings the question why is Omar working at Wendy’s if Omar doesn’t wanna work? Very sad I regularly eat at this Wendy’s but this will be my last time. Disappointing. If you can avoid it please don’t go to this location
