The service at this location has really improved a lot! Service was fast and friendly. The salads are very good.
Every time I go here, it’s a problem either they’re not accepting anything but Cash making you wait 10+ minutes for someone to talk on the drive-through speaker. Don’t have the sauces you want or drinks. The employees attitudes are horrible, especially at night. Basically to sum this all up it’s a horrible place and don’t go there unless you wanna wait all this time for your order and for it to be messed up anyways.
First of all the workers at store specially at the night time are so rude they don’t have sense how to talk with the customer specially the girl which is at drive through window. I reached the store at 11:20 pm and i was in the drive through line for like 35 minutes till i reach the window and when i reach at the window she said the order is not ready yet it will take 5 more minutes to prepare you pull your car to the door again i waited for 10 minutes when i asked her again about my order she said it is not ready yet and closed the window and at 12:00am she said better you cancel the order. That’s how they behave with the customer
9/22/22 long drive thru wait. Didn't get my entire order. Wasn't worth driving back. Very disappointed.
The drive thru wait was a little long but the service was friendly, my food was hot and my order was correct. The outside of the building looks very nice and clean.
Literally never left a review before, but stay away from this place. I just waited half an hour in the drive thru, 20 of which was sitting at the menu waiting for the worker to ask for my order. There was a worker who gave no explanation or apology for the wait. He would only respond “one second” when I asked if someone was there.
I gave up and left. Terrible service. Delays happen, but leaving a car in the drive thru in the dark for that long is kind of nuts.
This location used to be great with online/mobile orders but the past couple months every time I’ve gone there they get some part of the order wrong. I’m not sure what changed but I’m afraid to go there anymore because I don’t want my food to come out wrong.
I hate even posting this review but something has to be said.
Food- I ordered 2 sandwiches (junior bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce as well as a spicy chicken sandwich also with no lettuce) the junior bacon cheeseburger had lettuce when I asked for no lettuce. And i don't know what the second sandwich was supposed to be. It was two patties with cheese and ketchup. Obviously I received someone else's order.
Service- wrong food, waited a long time for Service in the drive thru line. And to top it all off there wasn't even a lot of customers to blame for the lousy service. This used to be the best Wendy's in Delco because the food was prepared better, they hustled when it was busy, and accuracy was on point. Sad to watch it turn into a place to stay away from.
Atmosphere- bad food and too long of a wait to receive the wrong order. It was a waste of time and hard earned money.
Can only deal with 2 cars at a time. Service is slow and employees have attitudes. Food is warm at best. fries are cold and limp.
