Nice updated modern look. Only a three star due to them not having the ghost pepper ranch sauce for my daughters spicy chicken nuggets.
Dining room was clean and comfortable.
Restroom was okay. Could use a little wipe down though.
Prices are standard for Wendy’s.

On this day. The guy in drive thru rushed me with my order. Then when I asked to fix it and add on. I was told I couldn’t. Told me they don’t substitute but in fact they do. Didn’t and wouldn’t give me my receipt. SMH can’t even get my food re made. Chicken sandwich was so hard, my damn dog didn’t even eat. I ask for extra mayo they put it every buy in the sandwich. Asked for pickles and onions and got nothing in either sandwich. The baked potatoes looked like death was already waiting. Absolutely the most worst experience I’ve ever had. They’re the worst at night. 0/10 if i could rate it that way… Nuggets were served cold of course because night shift never ever cares enough. I wish it could be shut down and restaffed honestly.. 0 effort. The honey bbq nuggets were spicy.. it’s like were they trying to poison us or something?
All the staff were very hardworking. Errika was our cashier and she was busy yet very friendly and polite, greeting everyone and going above and beyond for all customers. We’re so glad we stopped here!!
1st off, I went through drive-thru and didn't see the cashier at the 1st post to take money. I get to the 2nd window and was greeted by the young lady while she was on the phone. Sounded like a personal call. I asked to biggie size 3 times and she didn't hear me due to her being on the phone. My burger and fries are cold. Mind you I just left there not even 8 minutes ago. Only 2 miles from the store. Last week I went through drive-thru and was told to come in and place my order because they were in the middle of shift exchange. What restaurant does this. Very unprofessional and ghetto in the Creedmoor store. I don't recommend this place at all. I want a refund.
I ordered a taco salad. had to ask for sour cream and was told they didn't have any. No eating utensil and no straws with drink. I normally don't move from the window until I'm sure I've gotten everything, but husband pulled away before I could do a quick inventory.
Went to Taco Bell and saw a big line and heard in the crowd "I've been waiting 15minutes already." So we walked next door to this Wendy's. Best decision I made all day, no line because when I walked in I was immediately greeted and by the time I got my cup I couldn't make it to the fountain drinks before my food was ready. Everything was made well and fresh, plus my fries actually were salted! They even offered me ketchup, I didn't have to ask!
Tried ghost pepper chicken for the first time. Overall happy with it. Slightly disappointed that it wasn't as spicy hot as I thought. The order taker was slightly abrupt but made up for it when I reached the window.
