I placed my order through the app and went to pick it up. They seemed a bit busy but I don’t think that was the case. I waited almost an hour for my food I had to go up to the counter to see what was going on. They didn’t start my order they just had my ticket taped up on a screen. The lady at the front had to tell the guy why aren’t these orders made they’re just sitting here. There was no organization everyone seemed all over and didn’t have a clue what they were doing. 15 min after talking to the lady at the front I had to go back up to the counter to see where my order was once again. They just had my food sitting on the counter didn’t call my name or anything BUT my order was incomplete. I ordered a salad, 2 kid meals, and bacon fries. They only prepared the salad and 1 kid meal. When I told them, the guy wanted to say the other stuff wasn’t on the receipt and he had to look at it again and noticed they were on there. The salad was good and I’m assuming the kid meals were fine because my kids ate it but the fries were ice cold, cheese wasn’t melted let alone not even enough cheese on the fries and a couple pieces of bacon. I will never return to this Wendy’s again!
I came through the drive thru yesterday and bought two Biggie Bags. The sauce provided was Cane's Sauce, not Wendy's. I am concerned an employee was maybe eating their lunch from Cane's while preparing my order. How did a completely different restaurants sauce make it into my bag? This doesn't seem like safe food handling.
I know I got there about an hour before closing (I get off work late) but they could have put the effort into making sure my food was heated properly. Cold burger and fries. Cheese was not even melted. Two thumbs down.
I got an order over $50 worth of food! And when I came home, I was ???? to find that some of our food was missing! Not even the first time this has happened #hangry #missingfood
Disgusting! Wendy's used to be good. The chicken sandwhich is now a pressed patty. The food was inedible. For $13 for a meal, it was beyond gross. The bun was so dry it fell apart. The bacon was burned, the chicken was hard and cold and the fake cheese did not melt. I eventually just threw the sandwhich put the window of the car and hoped a bird would eat it or make a nest with it or something. Just a huge waste of money.
This location has only ever gotten our order correct once in the past. Teenagers wanted Wendy’s so we went again after a long night of baseball games. Everything was smashed and just thrown in the bag. We were missing a burger, doors were locked and the drive thru takes forever. I got an excuse of being understaffed.. join the club. There’s no excuse for not caring and serving people $20-$30 of wadded up food.
I just had a weird craving for a baked potato and Wendy's drive-thru hit the spot. It was perfectly cooked. I tried the new sauced nuggets in the garlic & parm. NOT a fan.. It was like a greasy oil poured over their standard nuggets.. Stick to the potato and you will be good.
Quick service with friendly staff. They were ablr to accommodate my food needs, and delivered said food with a smile. Everything tasted good and was wrapped up well. No complaints.
