My experience at the Harrison Wendy’s was pretty good. It’s an older location with decent service and was extremely fast within 30 seconds of ordering my food was ready. I got the Biggie Bag with a chicken sandwich all the food was hot and fresh. The lemonade is good as always and my overall experience was very good z
Trying to keep this short. This incident happened today. Manager was extremely rude and would not help with my pickup. My order was clearly sitting on the side and getting cold even after looking at my pickup information she claimed it never came in. I had to call door dash to get her to help and she lied to them saying the order never came. After my full refund I ordered the same thing and she tried to give me the now watered down sprite that was sitting by my now cold food i was waiting for. Completely unprofessional and lacking customer service skills all around.
this wendys should just be a DRIVE THRU OR PICK UP ONLY (delivery apps) because we were just standing in front of the register for about 5 minutes to be told to “hold on a moment” instead of taking my order which was just a $5 biggie bag.
I MAINLY GO HERE FOR B THE NOSTALGIA.
THE FOOD IS FRESHLY COOKED.
THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY YET PROFESSIONAL. THE RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. THEY ARE IN A VERY CONVENIENT AREA AS WELL. IT'S NEAR THE PATH TRAIN ON THE WAY INTO TOWN, RIGHT NEXT TO A STRIP OF OTHER STORES. KIND OF A ONE STOP SHOPPING SITUATION

The ice coffee was strong. They didn't fill up to full. Only 90%.
Just reopened after a refurbishment which had achieved nothing visible. Order pillars not working but on anyway. Order delivered incorrectly.
I hate coming to this location sometimes, but I only do it because it is open late.
Every time I come to this location, I have an issue with the staff regarding the Wendy's mobile app/rewards/coupons. I also find management slightly rude, always rushing me out of line when dealing with my concerns through the drive-thru.
