The manager at this Wendy’s is one of the kindest people I have met! He was so kind to my child. We usually do drive through, but we went in and were very impressed with the customer service!
I just grabbed lunch at this location and even though they were busy they acknowledged me and the wait wasn't long. I even walked out without my frosty not realizing and they followed me out to give it to me. Great customer service! (Had to get the boo bag, the Halloween toys this year are awesome!).
I ordered a honey biscuits sandwich and she left out the chicken. I overpaid for something and I was too hungry to drive all the way back on my break to get it corrected. I shouldn’t have to check my order before driving off every time. She literally gave me two pieces of bread dipped in honey with no chicken and I paid full price for that. They need to put more effort and attention into their customers.
This is the most incompetent Wendy's in the area. Listen, I'm a regular fast food enjoyer and the quality is never great, however, I am taking the time to come to google to tell you about this particular POS store. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered from here, there is something wrong. Food missing, wrong order, cold food, etc. They're always out of one thing or another, and they have an excuse for everything. Wendy's is a four billion dollar company, so they don't give a damn what I think, but if you're going to soil your body with fast food, skip this Wendy's.
If you're intended on eating fast food, please drive the 7.5 miles to the Exton location. They're polite, kind, they never mess up an order, food is always on par with what you'd expect.
This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to. We’ve ordered a dozen times and they’ve _never_ gotten the order correct. Service is slow. And the food itself of bad. Here is today’s list of issues after ordering in the app:
- Waited 25 minutes to get food
- Food was cold
- Received sweet tea instead of unsweet
- No toys in the kids meals
- Had neither milk nor fruit punch (ordered in the app)
- Didn’t give coupon books we bought
- Didn’t give frosty
- Frosty we eventually went back for wasn’t solid (melted)
- Chicken sandwich is like leather. Probably made hours and hours ago.
My Cashier Jason was by far the nicest person ive came across in the food industry, He created small talk. Made ordering so easy. And overall made my lunch happier. I wish jason all the best
Went there tonight at 6:30. Place looked closed. Went in, no one around. See photos. Floor was disgustingly slimy. Servers were relatively friendly but it took 10 minutes to get cold food. Why? We were the only ones there! This is my neighborhood Wendy’s and I’ve gone there for 30 years. I hate it now
**10/1/2023 update** went through the drive thru. A few cars ahead of us got their order but we were told they're not taking any more orders...at 4pm. I asked why and they said they can't make any drinks. I didn't bother to inquire further and we drove away disappointed...again.
We live up the street and have two young kids who enjoy coming here. The staff is always very genuinely nice to them - appreciate the kindness!
